تعلن شركة CLEAR Engineering Consultants عن حاجتها لشغل وظيفة محاسب أول (Senior Accountant) للانضمام إلى إدارة المالية في مدينة الرياض.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
تبحث الشركة عن محاسب أول ماهر ويتمتع بدقة عالية في العمل، للانضمام إلى إدارة المالية. يتطلب المنصب خبرة قوية في العمليات المحاسبية وإعداد التقارير المالية والموازنات ومراقبة التكاليف، ويتعامل مع مهام يومية متنوعة ضمن بيئة عمل مهنية تعتمد على العمل الجماعي.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة الأنشطة المحاسبية اليومية
- إعداد القوائم المالية
- تنفيذ الإقفال الشهري
- مراقبة تكاليف المشاريع
- ضمان الالتزام بمعايير المحاسبة المعمول بها واللوائح السعودية ذات الصلة
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو التمويل أو تخصص ذي صلة
- خبرة محاسبية ذات صلة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات
- الخبرة السابقة في شركات الاستشارات الهندسية أو شركات المقاولات مفضلة بشدة
- خبرة في إعداد القوائم المالية والتقارير المالية والإقفال الشهري والسنوي
- خبرة في إعداد الموازنات والتنبؤ المالي ومراقبة التكاليف
- الشهادات المهنية مثل SOCPA أو CMA أو ACCA أو CPA ميزة إضافية
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة قوية بالمعايير الدولية للتقارير المالية (IFRS)
- معرفة جيدة بضريبة القيمة المضافة ولوائح هيئة الزكاة والضريبة والجمارك (ZATCA) ومتطلبات الضرائب السعودية
- خبرة عملية قوية في نظام Odoo ERP (مطلوبة)
- إتقان حزمة Microsoft Office وخاصة Microsoft Excel
- مهارات تحليلية قوية وقدرة على حل المشكلات والتنظيم
- دقة عالية في العمل والقدرة على الالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية
- مهارات تواصل جيدة باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية

CLEAR Engineering Consultants is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our Finance Department in Riyadh.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control. The role involves managing daily accounting activities, preparing financial statements, handling monthly closing, monitoring project costs, and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and Saudi regulations.
The successful candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a professional team environment. Experience in engineering consultancy or construction companies is highly preferred.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience
- Previous experience in engineering consultancy or construction companies is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
- Experience in preparing financial statements, financial reports, and monthly and annual closing
- Experience in budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost control
- Good knowledge of VAT, ZATCA regulations, and Saudi tax requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Odoo ERP system is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Good communication skills in both Arabic and English
- Professional certifications such as SOCPA, CMA, ACCA, or CPA are an advantage
