To fill this position the candidate must have:

• A Bachelor Engineer or related field with an experience of 3-5 years
• Knowledge of Real Estate sector

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement procurement strategies to efficiently meet project requirements while minimizing costs.
2. Develop and implement procurement strategies for the company based on project requirements and corporate objectives.
3. Provide strategic analysis of the supplier market and competitors and select suitable suppliers.
4. Conduct efficient and effective procurement operations for required materials and services.
5. Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best deals and commercial terms.
6. Monitor the quality of purchased materials and services to ensure compliance with required standards.
7. Estimate project needs for materials and services and identify suitable suppliers to fulfill these needs.
8. Build and cultivate long-term relationships with preferred suppliers.
9. Monitor and regularly evaluate supplier performance.
10. Negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive terms and prices and ensure timely delivery of materials.
