تعلن شركة Mace عن فرصة لشغل وظيفة مدير المشتريات (Procurement Director) في مدينة الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، مع بدء فوري.

تجمع Mace بين خبرة التشييد والاستشارات لإطلاق إمكانات كل شخص ومشروع. يتعلق المشروع ببرنامج بارز لتنفيذ مبانٍ فاخرة وبنية تحتية داعمة لمجمع خاص مرموق، ويضم محفظة متنوعة من التطويرات عالية القيمة التي تتطلب معايير استثنائية في التصميم والتخطيط والتنفيذ. يقود مدير المشتريات المشتريات على مستوى تنفيذي عبر البرامج والحزم المحددة، ويوائم استراتيجية سوق الإمداد والنتائج التجارية وضمان التسليم مع أهداف البرنامج، مع وضع حوكمة قوية للمشتريات وحماية القيمة والنزاهة والمصالح التعاقدية. وتقوم الشركة على قيم: السلامة أولاً، والتركيز على العميل، والنزاهة، وخلق الفرص.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تحديد استراتيجية المشتريات وقيادتها، بما يوائم قرارات التوريد والتعاقد مع أولويات البرنامج والميزانيات والأهداف التجارية.
- توجيه محفظة المشتريات وخط ترسية العقود، وتحسين استراتيجيات تجميع الحزم، وضمان قرارات في الوقت المناسب للمشتريات الحرجة.
- توفير الحوكمة والقيادة للمشتريات المعقدة، والإشراف على المناقصات الكبرى والمفاوضات والموافقات وتوزيع المخاطر والامتثال.
- إدارة الموردين الاستراتيجيين ومخاطر سلسلة الإمداد، ودفع الأداء والمرونة والتدخل في الوقت المناسب لحماية التكلفة والجودة وتسليم البرنامج.
- قيادة أداء المشتريات وقدراتها، وتطوير الفريق، وتوفير رؤية تنفيذية للالتزامات والتوقعات وتحقيق القيمة والمخاطر الرئيسية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة جامعية في المشتريات أو سلسلة الإمداد أو الإدارة التجارية أو إدارة الأعمال أو الهندسة أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- حصول على MCIPS أو FCIPS أو اعتماد مهني معادل، مع أفضلية لمؤهل دراسات عليا ذي صلة.
- خبرة تزيد على 15 عاماً في المشتريات والشؤون التجارية، تشمل القيادة العليا في برامج رأسمالية كبرى أو محافظ إنشائية معقدة.
- خبرة مثبتة في قيادة المفاوضات عالية القيمة وحوكمة المشتريات والعلاقات الاستراتيجية مع الموردين، والعمل مع فرق متعددة التخصصات.
- سجل قوي في العمل على المستوى التنفيذي، وإدارة المخاطر التجارية والصلاحيات المفوضة وقرارات المشتريات المعقدة.

The Procurement Director will provide executive leadership for procurement across assigned programmes and packages, aligning supply-market strategy, commercial outcomes and delivery certainty with programme objectives. The role will establish robust procurement governance, lead high-value and complex sourcing decisions, and develop resilient supplier relationships while protecting value, integrity and contractual interests.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Defining and leading the procurement strategy, aligning sourcing and contracting decisions with programme priorities, budgets and commercial objectives.
- Directing the procurement portfolio and award pipeline, optimising packaging strategies and securing timely decisions on critical procurements.
- Providing governance and leadership for complex procurements, overseeing major tenders, negotiations, approvals, risk allocation and compliance.
- Managing strategic suppliers and supply-chain risks, driving performance, resilience and timely intervention to protect cost, quality and programme delivery.
- Leading procurement performance and capability, developing the team and providing executive visibility of commitments, forecasts, value delivery and key risks.
- A degree in procurement, supply chain, commercial management, business, engineering or a related discipline.
- MCIPS, FCIPS or equivalent professional accreditation, with a relevant postgraduate qualification desirable.
- 15+ years’ procurement and commercial experience, including senior leadership across major capital programmes or complex construction portfolios.
- Proven experience leading high-value negotiations, procurement governance and strategic supplier relationships, alongside multidisciplinary teams.
- A strong track record of operating at executive level, managing commercial risk, delegated authority and complex procurement decisions.
