تعلن شركة Mace، المتخصصة في الاستشارات وإدارة الإنشاءات، عن حاجتها إلى مدير لوجستيات (Logistics Manager) في مدينة الرياض، للعمل على مشروع كبير للترفيه والضيافة الفاخرة.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
تتيح هذه الوظيفة الانضمام إلى فريق Mace في تنفيذ مشروع كبير للترفيه والضيافة الفاخرة، بالتعاون مع مهندسين معماريين معروفين ومستشارين عالميين. يتضمن المشروع بنية تحتية وأصولاً إنشائية واسعة، ويُنفَّذ بسرعة من خلال أسلوب إدارة إنشاءات عملي. والمطلوب مدير لوجستيات ذو خبرة لإدارة وتنسيق أنشطة اللوجستيات الإنشائية اليومية في مشروع كبير ومعقد، وضمان الحركة الآمنة والفعّالة للأفراد والمركبات والمواد والمعدات، مع التنسيق مع عدة مقاولين وأصحاب مصلحة. وهي وظيفة تشغيلية عملية تتطلب التخطيط المسبق والقدرة على موازنة الأولويات المتنافسة في بيئة إنشائية نشطة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة وتنسيق أنشطة اللوجستيات الإنشائية اليومية في جميع أنحاء المشروع.
- تطبيق خطة اللوجستيات الإنشائية وإجراءاتها المرتبطة بها والحفاظ عليها.
- تنسيق متطلبات اللوجستيات بين عدة مقاولين وحزم أعمال متعددة.
- إدارة حركة المركبات والمواد والمعدات والأفراد عبر مناطق الإنشاء.
- تنسيق طرق النقل الثقيلة (Haul Roads)، ومسارات الوصول، ومسارات التوصيل، ومناطق التخزين المؤقت، ومناطق التحميل والتفريغ، ومناطق الانتظار، ومجمعات اللوجستيات.
- التخطيط للمتطلبات اللوجستية القادمة بالتنسيق مع فرق الإنشاء والمقاولين.
- إدارة جداول التوصيل وتقليل التعارضات بين المقاولين المتنافسين على الوصول والموارد المشتركة.
- مراجعة خطط لوجستيات المقاولين، وترتيبات إدارة المرور، وخطط التعبئة، ومخططات الموقع المقترحة.
- تنسيق إغلاق الطرق والتحويلات ومتطلبات إدارة المرور المؤقتة.
- مراقبة الوصول إلى الموقع وحركة المركبات وترتيبات التوصيل للتأكد من الالتزام بالضوابط المتفق عليها.
- تحديد القيود اللوجستية والعمل مع المقاولين وفرق المشروع لتطبيق حلول عملية.
- حضور اجتماعات التنسيق الإنشائية واللوجستية والمساهمة فيها.
- الحفاظ على تنسيق وثيق مع فرق الإنشاء والصحة والسلامة والأمن والهندسة ومهام المشروع الأخرى.
- مراقبة التزام المقاولين بمتطلبات اللوجستيات الخاصة بالمشروع، ورفع المسائل عند الحاجة.
- دعم تعبئة وفك تعبئة المقاولين ومناطق الإنشاء.
- تقديم تحديثات وتقارير وإحاطات لوجستية واضحة للإدارة العليا.
- ضمان تنفيذ العمليات اللوجستية وفقاً لمتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة الخاصة بالمشروع.
- تعزيز التحسين المستمر في سلامة اللوجستيات وتخطيطها وكفاءتها التشغيلية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة جامعية أو دبلوم أو مؤهل معتمد في اللوجستيات أو إدارة الإنشاءات أو الهندسة أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- مؤهل ذو صلة في الصحة والسلامة في مجال الإنشاءات.
- خبرة ذات صلة في لوجستيات الإنشاءات أو لوجستيات الموقع أو بيئة إنشائية قريبة منها.
- خبرة قوية في العمل على مشاريع الإنشاءات الكبرى أو البنية التحتية أو مشاريع التطوير واسعة النطاق.
- خبرة مثبتة في تنسيق عدة مقاولين داخل بيئة إنشائية نشطة.
- خبرة في تنسيق أحجام كبيرة من المركبات والمواد والمعدات.
- خبرة في تطبيق خطط لوجستيات الإنشاءات وإجراءات لوجستيات الموقع.
- خبرة في تحديد التعارضات والقيود اللوجستية وحلها.
- عضوية في هيئة مهنية معترف بها في مجال اللوجستيات أو الإنشاءات أو إدارة المشاريع (ميزة إضافية).
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة عملية جيدة ببرامج Microsoft Excel وWord وPowerPoint.
- خبرة في أنظمة لوجستيات الإنشاءات أو إدارة التوصيل أو أنظمة التخطيط (ميزة إضافية).
- معرفة برنامج AutoCAD (مرغوبة وغير إلزامية).
- معرفة عملية بلوجستيات موقع الإنشاء وإدارة المرور وضبط الوصول وإدارة التوصيل.
- فهم جيد لطرق النقل الثقيلة ومناطق التخزين ومسارات التوصيل ومناطق انتظار المركبات ومتطلبات الوصول للموقع.
- مهارات قوية في إدارة المقاولين وأصحاب المصلحة.

You’ll Be Responsible For
- Manage and coordinate daily construction logistics activities across the project.
- Implement and maintain the construction logistics plan and associated logistics procedures.
- Coordinate logistics requirements across multiple contractors and work packages.
- Manage vehicle, material, plant, and personnel movements across construction areas.
- Coordinate haul roads, access routes, delivery routes, laydown areas, loading and unloading zones, holding areas, and logistics compounds.
- Plan upcoming logistics requirements with construction teams and contractors.
- Manage delivery schedules and minimise conflicts between contractors competing for shared access and resources.
- Review contractor logistics plans, traffic management arrangements, mobilisation plans, and proposed site layouts.
- Coordinate road closures, diversions, and temporary traffic management requirements.
- Monitor site access, vehicle movements, and delivery arrangements to ensure agreed controls are followed.
- Identify logistics constraints and work with contractors and project teams to implement practical solutions.
- Attend and contribute to construction and logistics coordination meetings.
- Maintain close coordination with construction, health and safety, security, engineering, and other project functions.
- Monitor contractor compliance with project logistics requirements and raise issues where necessary.
- Support mobilisation and demobilisation of contractors and construction areas.
- Provide clear logistics updates, reports, and briefings to senior management.
- Ensure logistics operations are delivered in accordance with project health, safety, and environmental requirements.
- Promote continuous improvement in logistics safety, planning, and operational efficiency.
- Degree, diploma, or recognised qualification in logistics, construction management, engineering, or a related discipline.
- Relevant construction health and safety qualification.
- Membership of a recognised logistics, construction, or project management professional body would be advantageous.
- Relevant experience in construction logistics, site logistics, or a closely related construction environment.
- Strong experience working on major construction, infrastructure, or large-scale development projects.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with construction logistics, delivery management, or planning systems would be advantageous.
- AutoCAD experience is desirable but not essential.
- Demonstrable experience coordinating multiple contractors within an active construction environment.
- Practical knowledge of construction site logistics, traffic management, access control, and delivery management.
- Experience coordinating high volumes of vehicles, materials, and plants.
- Experience implementing construction logistics plans and site logistics procedures.
- Good understanding of haul roads, laydown areas, delivery routes, vehicle holding areas, and construction access requirements.
- Experience identifying and resolving logistics conflicts and constraints.
- Strong contractor and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to plan ahead and coordinate activities around changing construction priorities.
- Strong communication, reporting and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of logistics issues through to resolution.
