تعلن شركة Mace عن وظيفة مدير أول للتقارير (Senior Manager Reporting) في مدينة الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، ضمن مشروع تطوير عقاري فاخر متعدد الاستخدامات، حيث تقدم الشركة خدمات استشارات إدارة المشاريع.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
- تشرف الوظيفة على تنفيذ التقارير وتطويرها المستمر عبر المشاريع والبرامج المعقدة، وعلى أنشطة التقارير وضبط المشاريع، بما يضمن وصول معلومات واضحة ومتسقة تدعم اتخاذ القرار.
- تتولى الإشراف على أعضاء الفريق وتوجيههم، وترسيخ أفضل الممارسات والتعاون عبر الإدارة.

المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة تقارير البرامج، ووضع معايير ودورات تقارير واضحة ومتسقة.
- جمع بيانات التخطيط والتكلفة والمخاطر والتنفيذ لإعداد تقارير أداء دقيقة وذات رؤى تحليلية.
- إعداد التقارير التنفيذية ولوحات المؤشرات والعروض التقديمية التي تحوّل المعلومات المعقدة إلى رؤى واضحة وقابلة للتنفيذ.
- رصد الاتجاهات والانحرافات والقضايا الناشئة لدعم اتخاذ القرار المدروس.
- تطوير مؤشرات أداء ذات معنى، وتحسين جودة التقارير وكفاءتها وأتمتتها باستخدام أدوات مثل Power BI وExcel.
- العمل مع فرق متعددة التخصصات لضمان دقة مدخلات التقارير واتساقها وتسليمها في الوقت المحدد.
- قيادة فريق التقارير وتطويره، ودفع التحسين المستمر وأفضل الممارسات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة قوية في تقارير ضبط البرامج/المشاريع، أو تحليلات مكاتب إدارة المشاريع (PMO)، أو إدارة الأداء في البرامج الكبرى.
- سجل مثبت في إعداد التقارير التنفيذية ولوحات المؤشرات ومعلومات الإدارة.
- فهم جيد للتخطيط والتكلفة والمخاطر والتغيير وحوكمة البرامج.
- خبرة في مشاريع البناء أو البنية التحتية أو البرامج الاستثمارية المعقدة الكبرى.
- ميزة إضافية: الخبرة في السعودية أو منطقة الشرق الأوسط.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات تحليلية متميزة، والقدرة على تحويل بيانات المشاريع المعقدة إلى رؤى واضحة.
- قدرة متقدمة على استخدام Power BI وExcel، مع خبرة في تطوير لوحات المؤشرات وحلول التقارير الآلية.
- مهارات تواصل قوية وإدارة فعالة لأصحاب المصلحة، مع الثقة في التعامل مع كبار القادة والفرق متعددة التخصصات.

Reporting oversees delivery and continuous improvement of reporting across complex projects/programmes. The role provides oversight of reporting and project controls activities, ensuring clear and consistent information supports effective decision-making. You will also oversee and guide team members while promoting best practice and collaboration across the function.

You will also oversee and guide team members while promoting best practice and collaboration across the function.
You’ll Be Responsible For
- Leading programme reporting and establishing clear, consistent reporting standards and cycles.
- Bringing together planning, cost, risk and delivery data to provide accurate, insightful performance reporting.
- Creating executive reports, dashboards and presentations that turn complex information into clear, actionable insights.
- Identifying trends, variances and emerging issues to support informed decision-making.
- Developing meaningful KPIs and improving reporting quality, efficiency and automation using tools such as Power BI and Excel.
- Working with multidisciplinary teams to ensure reporting inputs are accurate, consistent and delivered on time.
- Leading and developing the reporting team while driving continuous improvement and best practice.
- Strong experience in programme/project controls reporting, PMO analytics or performance management on major programmes.
- A proven track record of producing executive-level reports, dashboards and management information.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to turn complex project data into clear insights.
- Advanced Power BI and Excel capability, with experience developing dashboards and automated reporting solutions.
- A good understanding of planning, cost, risk, change and programme governance.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence working with senior leaders and multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience in major construction, infrastructure or complex capital programmes; KSA/Middle East experience would be advantageous.
