تعلن شركة Mace عن وظيفة مدير تجاري أول - MEP في مدينة الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، ضمن مشروع تطوير متعدد الاستخدامات من أكبر البرامج في المملكة.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
تجمع Mace بين الخبرة في التشييد والاستشارات الهندسية. تعمل الوظيفة على أحد أكبر البرامج في السعودية، وهو مشروع تطوير متعدد الاستخدامات يشمل المرافق الرياضية والترفيه والفنون والبنية التحتية المرتبطة بها. تُعد Mace أحد شركاء التنفيذ، وتحتاج إلى محترفين ذوي كفاءة عالية وخبرة لقيادة فرق متكاملة في كل مرحلة من مراحل المشروع. وتتبنى الشركة قيم السلامة أولاً، ورضا العميل، والنزاهة، وخلق الفرص لتطوير الموظفين.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إعداد العقود والضمانات والكفالات والتراخيص وإدارتها، مع ضمان الامتثال والتنفيذ الرسمي.
- قيادة الفرق والمستشارين في التكاليف، وتحفيز السلوكيات التي تحقق مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية وترسخ التحسين المستمر.
- إدارة التقييمات والتغييرات ومراقبة التكاليف وإعداد التقارير، والحفاظ على السلامة المالية طوال دورة حياة المشروع.
- الإشراف على تقييم المطالبات، وإنجاز العقود، وإجراءات الاعتماد والشهادات، لضمان حل عادل ورضا العميل.
- تطوير الأنظمة والعمليات وتطبيق أفضل الممارسات والدروس المستفادة لإحداث تغيير تحولي.
- العمل بتعاون نحو هدف التحول إلى صافي صفر انبعاثات كربونية، والمشاركة في تحديد الانبعاثات الكربونية وإدارتها وتقليلها بشكل استباقي أثناء تقديم الأعمال للعملاء.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في مسح الكميات أو إدارة التكاليف، أو مؤهل معادل.
- العضوية المهنية في RICS (MRICS/RICS) مع إثبات التطوير المهني المستمر.
- امتلاك تأشيرة العمل اللازمة للمملكة العربية السعودية.
- خبرة عملية ذات صلة في العمل على مشاريع وبرامج ذات قيمة عالية لدى شركة استشارات إدارة المشاريع، وهي مطلوبة لإجراءات الهجرة واعتماد العميل.
المهارات المطلوبة
- كفاءة قوية في الجوانب التجارية والمالية مع خبرة مثبتة في تطوير الأعمال.
- معرفة تفصيلية بالعقود، وهندسة القيمة (Value Engineering)، والاستدامة، وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

The Project

You’ll Be Responsible For
- Prepare and administer contracts, warranties, bonds, and licenses, ensuring compliance and formal execution.
- Lead teams and cost consultants, driving behaviours that achieve KPIs and embed continuous improvement.
- Manage valuations, variations, cost control, and reporting, maintaining financial integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee claims evaluation, contract completion, and certification processes, securing fair resolution and client satisfaction.
- Deliver improvements in systems and processes, applying best practice and lessons learned to drive transformational change.
- Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work effectively to clients.
- Degree in quantity surveying or cost management, or equivalent qualification.
- Professional membership (MRICS/RICS) with demonstrable ongoing development.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with proven business development expertise.
- Detailed knowledge of contracts, value engineering, sustainability, and stakeholder management.
- Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high-valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
