تعلن شركة Mace عن فرصة لشغل وظيفة مدير تجاري أول (تجهيزات داخلية - Fit-out) في مدينة الرياض، ضمن أحد أكبر البرامج التنموية في المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
- تأتي الوظيفة ضمن مشروع تطوير متعدد الاستخدامات يشمل مرافق رياضية وترفيهية وفنية، إلى جانب كامل البنية التحتية المرتبطة به.
- تعمل Mace كأحد شركاء التنفيذ في المشروع، وتحتاج إلى محترفين ذوي كفاءة عالية وخبرة لقيادة الفرق المتكاملة في كل مرحلة من مراحل المشروع.
- تجمع Mace بين الخبرة في التشييد والاستشارات الهندسية، وتقوم قيمها على السلامة أولاً، والتركيز على العميل، والنزاهة، وإتاحة الفرص للتطور.

المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم خدمات إدارة التكاليف والإدارة التجارية لدعم إنجاز المشروع.
- قيادة فريق التكاليف والشؤون التجارية لتحقيق الأهداف الاستراتيجية.
- إعداد وثائق العقود والضمانات والتراخيص.
- إدارة مراقبة التكاليف وإعداد التقارير الشهرية لتكاليف ما بعد التعاقد وعرضها.
- تقييم التكاليف المترتبة على تغييرات التصميم وأنشطة التشييد وإدارتها.
- تقييم مطالبات التأخير والتكاليف.
- إصدار شهادات الإنجاز العملي (Practical Completion) والحسابات الختامية.
- تقديم المشورة بشأن معالجة العيوب والاعتماد النهائي.
- توجيه المستشارين في مجال التكاليف لتطوير العمليات وتحسين جودة الخدمات.
- المساهمة الفعالة في أهداف الحياد الكربوني (Net-Zero) من خلال تحديد الانبعاثات وإدارتها وخفضها طوال مراحل تنفيذ المشروع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة ذات صلة في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا (MEA).
- مؤهل جامعي.
- شهادة مهنية معتمدة أو ما يعادلها، مثل MRICS أو CIPS.
- خبرة مثبتة في مرحلة التنفيذ الناجح للمشاريع والبرامج الإنشائية.
- استيفاء متطلبات التأشيرة اللازمة للعمل في المملكة العربية السعودية.
- خبرة عمل سابقة في مشاريع أو برامج ذات قيمة عالية ضمن شركة استشارات لإدارة المشاريع، وهي مطلوبة لإجراءات الهجرة وموافقة العميل.

This unique project consists of major mixed-use development, including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts, along with all associated infrastructure. Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-caliber and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

The Project

You’ll Be Responsible For
- Providing cost and commercial management services to support project completion.
- Leading the cost and commercial team to achieve strategic outcomes.
- Preparing contract documents, warranties and licenses.
- Managing cost control and reporting and presenting monthly post-contract cost reports.
- Assessing and managing costs for design changes and construction activities.
- Evaluating delay and cost claims.
- Issuing certificates for practical completion and final accounts.
- Advising on defect resolution and final certification.
- Guiding cost consultants to improve processes and service delivery.
- Actively contributing to net-zero carbon goals by identifying, managing and reducing emissions throughout project delivery.
- Relevant MEA experience.
- Degree qualification.
- Chartered or relevant certifications such as MRICS or CIPS.
- Proven experience in the successful construction delivery phase of projects and programmes.
- Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
