تعلن شركة Mace في مدينة الرياض عن فرصة لوظيفة منسق/منسقة الخدمات اللوجستية في مشروع إنشائي معقد، لدعم التخطيط اليومي والتنسيق وتنفيذ الأنشطة اللوجستية للإنشاءات بالتعاون مع المقاولين وفرق المشروع.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
- الدور وظيفة تنسيقية عملية تتطلب معرفة قوية بالإنشاءات ومهارات تنظيمية جيدة والثقة في العمل مع عدة مقاولين في بيئة موقع مزدحمة.
- يعمل المنسق بشكل وثيق مع فريق الخدمات اللوجستية للإنشاءات والمقاولين ووظائف المشروع الأخرى لتنسيق أنشطة الموقع ومتابعة التقدم والحفاظ على السجلات والخطط اللوجستية والتأكد من تنفيذ المتطلبات المتفق عليها في الموقع.
- تعمل شركة Mace على الجمع بين خبرة الإنشاءات والاستشارات، وتؤكد أنها جهة توظيف شاملة ترحب بمختلف فئات المرشحين، حتى لو لم تتوفر فيهم جميع المعايير.

المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنسيق الأنشطة اللوجستية اليومية للإنشاءات عبر المشروع.
- التنسيق مع المقاولين لتنظيم التوصيلات وحركة المركبات والمواد والمعدات الثقيلة والعمالة.
- متابعة أنشطة المقاولين اللوجستية والإجراءات والمعوقات والأعمال المخططة.
- إعداد وتحديث متتبعات الخدمات اللوجستية والجداول الزمنية وسجلات الإجراءات وتقارير التقدم.
- تنسيق متطلبات المقاولين المتعلقة بالوصول والطرق المؤقتة ومناطق التحميل والتفريغ ومناطق التخزين المؤقت والمعسكرات الإنشائية.
- مراجعة الأنشطة القادمة للمقاولين وتحديد التعارضات اللوجستية المحتملة ومشكلات الوصول.
- حضور اجتماعات التنسيق اليومية والأسبوعية ومتابعة الإجراءات المتفق عليها.
- إجراء زيارات تفتيشية منتظمة للموقع للتأكد من تطبيق الترتيبات اللوجستية بشكل صحيح.
- تحديث الخطط اللوجستية ومخططات الموقع والرسومات لتعكس التغييرات في ظروف الموقع والأنشطة الإنشائية.
- الاحتفاظ بسجلات دقيقة للطرق المؤقتة وممرات الوصول ومناطق الخدمات اللوجستية والتغييرات في ترتيبات الموقع.
- دعم إعداد ومراجعة الخطط اللوجستية للمقاولين والوثائق الداعمة لها.
- التنسيق مع فرق الإنشاءات والأمن والصحة والسلامة والمرافق وفرق المشروع الأخرى عند تداخل الأنشطة اللوجستية مع أعمالها.
- المساعدة في إدارة حركة المرور وترتيبات الوصول المؤقتة.
- متابعة التقدم مقارنة بالمواعيد المستهدفة المتفق عليها، ورفع التأخيرات والمعوقات إلى مدير الخدمات اللوجستية.
- إعداد تحديثات أسبوعية واضحة توضح الأنشطة المكتملة والأعمال القادمة والمخاطر والإجراءات المعلقة.
- دعم تعبئة المقاولين والمرافق اللوجستية وفك تعبئتها.
- التأكد من أن الرسومات والمتتبعات ومعلومات الخدمات اللوجستية دقيقة ومحدثة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- مؤهلات ذات صلة في الإنشاءات أو الخدمات اللوجستية أو الهندسة أو تخصص مرتبط.
- خلفية فنية أو حرفية في قطاع الإنشاءات مفضلة.
- مؤهلات ذات صلة في الصحة والسلامة أو مؤهلات إنشائية ميدانية (مفضلة).
- خبرة ذات صلة في الخدمات اللوجستية للإنشاءات أو تنسيق الإنشاءات أو الخدمات اللوجستية للمواقع.
- فهم عملي جيد لعمليات مواقع الإنشاء.
- خبرة سابقة في تنسيق عدة مقاولين أو حزم أعمال متعددة.
- خبرة في تتبع الأنشطة الإنشائية والاحتفاظ بمتتبعات المشروع وسجلات الإجراءات.
المهارات المطلوبة
- فهم جيد لحركة المركبات والتوصيلات وطرق الوصول والطرق المؤقتة ومناطق التخزين والمعسكرات الإنشائية.
- إجادة استخدام Microsoft Excel، خاصة المتتبعات والجداول الزمنية وإعداد التقارير.
- إجادة استخدام Microsoft Word وPowerPoint.
- معرفة بـ AutoCAD أو برامج رسم مشابهة (مستحسنة وغير أساسية).

You’ll Be Responsible For
- Coordinate day-to-day construction logistics activities across the project.
- Work closely with contractors to coordinate deliveries, vehicle movements, materials, plant, and personnel.
- Track contractor logistics activities, actions, constraints, and planned works.
- Maintain logistics trackers, schedules, action logs, and progress reports.
- Coordinate contractor requirements for access, haul roads, loading and unloading areas, laydown areas, and construction compounds.
- Review upcoming contractor activities and identify potential logistics clashes or access issues.
- Attend daily and weekly coordination meetings and follow up on agreed actions.
- Carry out regular site inspections to confirm logistics arrangements are being implemented correctly.
- Update logistics plans, site layouts, and drawings to reflect changes in site conditions and construction activities.
- Maintain accurate records of temporary roads, access routes, logistics areas, and changes to site arrangements.
- Support the preparation and review of contractor logistics plans and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with construction, security, health and safety, facilities, and other project teams where logistics activities interface with their work.
- Assist with traffic management and temporary access arrangements.
- Monitor progress against agreed target dates and escalate delays or constraints to the logistics manager.
- Produce clear weekly updates showing completed activities, upcoming works, risks and outstanding actions.
- Support mobilisation and demobilisation of contractors and logistics facilities.
- Ensure drawings, trackers, and logistics information remain accurate and up to date.
- Relevant qualifications in construction, logistics, engineering, or a related discipline.
- Technical or trade background within the construction industry would be advantageous.
- Relevant health and safety or site-based construction qualifications.
- Relevant experience within construction logistics, construction coordination, or site logistics.
- Good practical understanding of construction site operations.
- Previous experience coordinating multiple contractors or work packages.
- Experience tracking construction activities and maintaining project trackers and action logs.
- Good understanding of vehicle movements, deliveries, haul roads, access routes, laydown areas, and site compounds.
- Confident use of project systems and digital tools, including Microsoft Excel, particularly trackers, schedules, and reporting. Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- AutoCAD or similar drawing software is desirable but not essential.
- Experience using document management or construction project management systems is desirable.
