تعلن شركة Saudi Xerox عن وظيفة «مسؤول أول - التسليم» (Senior Officer, Delivery) في مدينة الرياض. يتولى المسمى تصميم حلول سحابية آمنة وقابلة للتوسع والتعافي عبر منصات السحابة العامة، ودعم تحول الشركات نحو السحابة.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

الدور مسؤول عن تصميم حلول سحابية آمنة وقابلة للتوسع والتعافي عبر منصات السحابة العامة، وحوكمتها وتسليمها. يدعم الدور تحول الشركات نحو السحابة من خلال تحديد استراتيجيات معمارية السحابة، وقيادة مبادرات الترحيل والتحديث، وإنشاء الأسس السحابية، وتمكين ممارسات DevOps لضمان تقديم خدمات موثوقة ومؤتمتة وآمنة بما يتوافق مع أهداف الأعمال والتقنية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تصميم معماريات سحابية متكاملة لأحمال العمل المؤسسية والتطبيقات السحابية الأصلية عبر Google Cloud Platform (GCP) وMicrosoft Azure وOracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
  • قيادة مبادرات الترحيل والتحديث السحابي المؤسسية وفق أفضل الممارسات والأطر المنظمة للترحيل.
  • تحديد وتطبيق Landing Zones سحابية تلبي متطلبات الحوكمة والأمن والامتثال والتشغيل.
  • ضمان الجاهزية التشغيلية من خلال المراقبة والتسجيل والـ Observability والتعافي من الكوارث وأفضل ممارسات الموثوقية.
  • التعاون مع فرق الهندسة لتطبيق Infrastructure as Code (IaC) باستخدام Terraform أو أدوات أتمتة معادلة.
  • دعم تطبيق ممارسات DevOps وPlatform Engineering، بما في ذلك خطوط CI/CD وأتمتة الإصدارات.
  • وضع استراتيجيات معمارية السحابة بما يتوافق مع أهداف المؤسسة وخرائط الطريق التقنية.
  • تحديد مناهج الترحيل المناسبة (Rehost وReplatform وRefactor وRebuild وReplace) بناءً على المتطلبات التجارية والتقنية.
  • تقييم الحلول السحابية والتوصية بتصاميم معمارية قابلة للتوسع وآمنة وفعالة من حيث التكلفة.
  • المساهمة في خرائط تبني السحابة وخطط التحديث.
  • تصميم وتنفيذ بنى تحتية سحابية باستخدام الخدمات السحابية الأصلية وتقنيات الأتمتة.
  • تطوير أنماط معمارية سحابية قابلة لإعادة الاستخدام، ومعايير، وأطر نشر.
  • تعزيز ممارسات DevOps وDevSecOps والـ Containerization والأتمتة عبر المشاريع.
  • دعم التحسين المستمر لمنصات البنية التحتية السحابية وقدراتها.
  • تقديم القيادة التقنية والإرشاد المعماري طوال مشاريع الترحيل والتحول السحابي.
  • التعاون مع فرق Cloud Engineering وInfrastructure وSecurity وDevOps لتقديم حلول سحابية متكاملة.
  • دعم أنشطة ما قبل البيع من خلال ورش العمل المعمارية وإعداد تصاميم الحلول والمساهمة في العروض الفنية.
  • التواصل مع العملاء ومزودي الخدمات السحابية لمواءمة الحلول التقنية مع متطلبات الأعمال.
  • ضمان توافق المعماريات السحابية مع متطلبات الحوكمة والأمن والتنظيمات المعتمدة.
  • تعزيز معايير معمارية السحابة وأفضل الممارسات ومبادئ التصميم المؤسسي.
  • إدماج إدارة الهوية والوصول (IAM) وضوابط الأمن والمرونة في تصاميم الحلول.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب أو تقنية المعلومات أو نظم المعلومات أو هندسة البرمجيات أو تخصص ذي صلة.
  • حد أدنى 6 سنوات من الخبرة في معمارية السحابة أو الاستشارات السحابية أو هندسة البنية التحتية أو أدوار ذات صلة.
  • خبرة مثبتة في قيادة مبادرات ترحيل وتحديث سحابي على مستوى المؤسسات.
  • شهادة Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect.
  • شهادة Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
  • شهادة Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect (مفضّلة).
  • شهادة HashiCorp Terraform Associate (مفضّلة).
  • شهادات Kubernetes مثل CKA أو CKAD (مفضّلة).
  • شهادات DevOps أو هندسة السحابة ذات الصلة ميزة إضافية.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • خبرة عملية في منصات السحابة العامة.
  • خبرة عملية في ممارسات DevOps.

Role Purpose

Responsible for designing, governing, and delivering secure, scalable, and resilient cloud solutions across public cloud platforms. The role supports enterprise cloud transformation by defining cloud architecture strategies, leading migration and modernization initiatives, establishing cloud foundations, and enabling DevOps practices that ensure reliable, automated, and secure service delivery while aligning with business and technology objectives.

Job Accountabilities & Activities

Operations

  • Design end-to-end cloud architectures for enterprise workloads and cloud-native applications across Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Microsoft Azure, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
  • Lead enterprise cloud migration and modernization initiatives using industry best practices and structured migration frameworks.
  • Define and implement cloud landing zones that meet governance, security, compliance, and operational requirements.
  • Ensure operational readiness through monitoring, logging, observability, disaster recovery, and reliability best practices.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or equivalent automation tools.
  • Support the implementation of DevOps and platform engineering practices, including CI/CD pipelines and release automation.

Planning

  • Develop cloud architecture strategies aligned with organizational objectives and technology roadmaps.
  • Define migration approaches, including rehost, replatform, refactor, rebuild, and replace strategies, based on business and technical requirements.
  • Evaluate cloud solutions and recommend scalable, secure, and cost-effective architecture designs.
  • Contribute to cloud adoption roadmaps and modernization plans.

Development

  • Design and implement cloud infrastructure solutions using cloud-native services and automation technologies.
  • Develop reusable cloud architecture patterns, standards, and deployment frameworks.
  • Promote DevOps, DevSecOps, containerization, and automation best practices across projects.
  • Support continuous improvement of cloud platforms and infrastructure capabilities.

Stakeholder Management

  • Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance throughout cloud migration and transformation projects.
  • Collaborate with Cloud Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, and DevOps teams to deliver integrated cloud solutions.
  • Support pre-sales activities by conducting architecture workshops, developing solution designs, and contributing to technical proposals.
  • Engage with customers and cloud service providers to align technical solutions with business requirements.

Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure cloud architectures comply with organizational governance, security, and regulatory requirements.
  • Promote cloud architecture standards, best practices, and enterprise design principles.
  • Incorporate identity and access management (IAM), security controls, and resilience into solution designs.

Education & Certifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

Certifications

  • Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect.
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
  • Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect certification (preferred).
  • HashiCorp Terraform Associate (preferred).
  • Kubernetes certifications (CKA or CKAD) (preferred).
  • Relevant DevOps or cloud engineering certifications are advantageous.

Required Years Of Experience

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in cloud architecture, cloud consulting, infrastructure engineering, or related roles.
  • Proven experience leading enterprise-scale cloud migration and modernization initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms, DevOps practices, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), containers (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD implementation.
