تعلن شركة Mace عن فرصة لشغل وظيفة مدير أول لضبط المشاريع في إدارة التغيير، في مدينة الرياض، ضمن برنامج إنشاء مطار جديد بالمملكة العربية السعودية، وذلك لدعم مكتب إدارة البرنامج (PMO).
نبذة عن الوظيفة
- تعمل Mace في مجال الإنشاء والاستشارات، وتسعى إلى إطلاق إمكانات كل فرد ومشروع.
- تتيح الوظيفة فرصة العمل على برنامج كبير لإنشاء مطار جديد في المملكة العربية السعودية.
- يقود المدير عملية إدارة التغيير اليومية، ويتولى تنسيق طلبات التغيير وتقييم الأثر والحوكمة وإعداد التقارير عبر البرنامج.
- الشركة جهة توظيف شاملة ترحب بالمتقدمين من مختلف الخلفيات، وينبغي التقدم حتى إذا لم تتوفر جميع المعايير، إذ قد يكون المرشح الأنسب لهذا الدور أو لدور آخر في المؤسسة.

المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة عملية التغيير من بدايتها إلى نهايتها، بدءاً من التقديم والتقييم مروراً بالاعتماد والتنفيذ وحتى الإغلاق.
- العمل كنقطة اتصال رئيسية لمسائل التغيير عبر البرنامج.
- مراجعة طلبات تفويض التغيير (CARs) ومتابعتها عبر عملية حوكمة البرنامج.
- تنسيق تقييمات أثر التغيير والمراجعات متعددة التخصصات.
- الحفاظ على سجلات التغيير والبيانات الخاصة بها، والتأكد من تسجيل التغييرات ومتابعتها بدقة.
- التنسيق مع فرق ضبط المشاريع والتجارية والتخطيط والمخاطر والتنفيذ لفهم أثر التغييرات المقترحة وتنسيقه.
- إعداد معلومات التغيير لمراجعات لجان الحوكمة وإدارة التغيير، بما في ذلك متابعة الإجراءات والقرارات.
- مراقبة التغييرات المعتمدة خلال التنفيذ وحتى الإغلاق.
- إعداد تقارير التغيير ومؤشرات الأداء وتحليل أعمار الطلبات، وتحديد الاتجاهات والمجالات التي تتطلب إجراءً.
- دعم التحسين المستمر لعمليات إدارة التغيير وإجراءاتها وسير أعمالها.
- العمل بروح الفريق نحو هدف التحول إلى صافي الانبعاثات الكربونية الصفرية، والمشاركة في المسؤولية عن تحديد انبعاثات الكربون وخفضها بشكل استباقي أثناء تنفيذ الأعمال.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة جامعية ذات صلة أو مؤهل معادل في إدارة المشاريع أو الهندسة أو إدارة الإنشاءات أو إدارة الأعمال أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة في إدارة التغيير أو مكتب إدارة المشاريع (PMO) أو ضبط المشاريع أو الجوانب التجارية أو الحوكمة أو وظيفة مشابهة في المشاريع أو البرامج الكبيرة.
- فهم جيد لإجراءات التحكم الرسمي في التغيير وحوكمة البرامج.
- خبرة في تنسيق طلبات التغيير وتقييمات الأثر والمراجعات والاعتمادات.
- فهم أثر التغيير على التكلفة والجدول الزمني والمخاطر والجوانب التجارية.
- خبرة في العمل على مشاريع البنية التحتية الكبرى أو الطيران أو الإنشاءات أو البرامج الرأسمالية.
- تفضل الشركة الخبرة في استخدام نظام Unifier.
- استيفاء متطلبات التأشيرة اللازمة للعمل في المملكة العربية السعودية، والخبرة ذات الصلة في العمل على المشاريع والبرامج عالية القيمة لدى شركة استشارات في إدارة المشاريع، وفقاً لمتطلبات الهجرة واعتماد العميل.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات قوية في إدارة أصحاب المصلحة والتواصل، مع خبرة في العمل عبر فرق متعددة التخصصات.
- مهارات تحليلية وتقارير قوية، تشمل القدرة على إدارة سجلات التغيير والمقاييس ومؤشرات الأداء.
- القدرة على إدارة طلبات تغيير متعددة وأولويات متنافسة في بيئة برامج سريعة الوتيرة.

The Project
This is an opportunity to work on a major new-build airport programme in Saudi Arabia, supporting the Programme Management Office (PMO).
You will lead the day-to-day change management process, coordinating change requests, impact assessments, governance and reporting across the programme.
You’ll Be Responsible For
- Managing the end-to-end change management process, from submission and assessment through approval, implementation and close-out.
- Acting as a key point of contact for change-related matters across the programme.
- Reviewing and progressing Change Authorisation Requests (CARs) through the programme governance process.
- Coordinating change impact assessments and cross-functional reviews.
- Maintaining change registers and logs, ensuring changes are accurately recorded, tracked and progress.
- Working with project controls, commercial, planning, risk and delivery teams to understand and coordinate the impact of proposed changes.
- Preparing change information for governance and change management committee reviews, including tracking actions and decisions.
- Monitoring approved changes through implementation and close-out.
- Producing change reports, KPIs and ageing analysis, identifying trends and areas requiring action.
- Supporting continuous improvement of change management processes, procedures and workflows.
- Working collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and sharing responsibility for the proactive identification and management of associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
- A relevant degree or equivalent qualification in project management, engineering, construction management, business administration or a related discipline.
- Experience in change management, PMO, project controls, commercial, governance or a similar function on major projects/programmes.
- Good understanding of formal change control and programme governance processes.
- Experience coordinating change requests, impact assessments, reviews and approvals.
- Understanding the impact of change across cost, schedule, risk and commercial disciplines.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working across multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, including the ability to manage change registers, metrics and KPIs.
- Experience working on major infrastructure, aviation, construction or capital programmes.
- Ability to manage multiple change requests and competing priorities in a fast-paced programme environment.
- Experience with Unifier is preferred.
- Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and relevant experience working on high-value projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, as required for immigration and client approval.
