تعلن شركة Mace عن فرصة وظيفية لشغل منصب Associate / Lead Cost Manager في مدينة الرياض، للعمل في مشروع صالة متعددة الأغراض طويلة الأمد تُستخدم مركزاً مرناً للفعاليات الرياضية والترفيهية والمجتمعية في قلب الرياض.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
- تجمع Mace بين الخبرة في البناء والاستشارات الهندسية، وتسعى إلى إطلاق إمكانات كل شخص ومشروع.
- المشروع: صالة متعددة الأغراض كبيرة طويلة الأمد، تُستخدم مركزاً مرناً للفعاليات الرياضية والترفيهية والمجتمعية في قلب الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.
- تشجع الشركة المتقدمين الذين لا تنطبق عليهم جميع المعايير على التقديم، فقد يكون المرشح الأنسب لهذا الدور أو لدور آخر داخل المنظمة.
- تنفتح الشركة على مناقشة خيارات الدوام الجزئي والمرن والهجين إذا كانت مناسبة لطبيعة الدور.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم المشورة بشأن استراتيجيات الشراء واختيار العقود وإعداد تقارير المشتريات، مع تطبيق تقنيات إدارة القيمة لتحسين نتائج المشروع.
- قيادة أنشطة التقدير وتخطيط التكاليف، وامتلاك خطط التكاليف النهائية وعرضها على أصحاب المصلحة.
- إدارة عمليات الشراء من البداية إلى النهاية، بما في ذلك التأهيل المسبق والطرح والتقييم واختيار المقاولين وإعداد العقود.
- تطوير علاقات قوية مع أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين والخارجيين لدعم تسليم المشروع بنجاح.
- الإشراف على إعداد وتنفيذ وثائق العقود والضمانات والكفالات والتراخيص والتقييمات ومراجعة التكاليف والتقارير المالية.
- توجيه أنشطة الرقابة على التكاليف، بما في ذلك إدارة تغييرات التصميم وترسية العقود وتكاليف البناء والرسوم على العميل والمطالبات ومفاوضات الحساب الختامي.
- ضمان الامتثال التعاقدي من خلال إدارة الإنجاز العملي وفترة مسؤولية العيوب وشهادات الإنجاز النهائي والموافقات ذات الصلة.
- قيادة الفرق وتطويرها وتحقيق أداء عالٍ من خلال إدارة الأداء والتوجيه ومبادرات التحسين المستمر ودعم أهداف الحياد الكربوني الصافي.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- أن يكون المتقدم مواطناً سعودياً.
- خبرة ذات صلة لا تقل عن 14 عاماً في تخطيط التكاليف والمشتريات وإدارة العقود، منها 5 سنوات على الأقل في قيادة فرق تكاليف المشاريع.

The Project
A Large multipurpose Venue for long-term use as a versatile hub for sports, entertainment, and community events in the heart of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
You’ll Be Responsible For
- Advises on procurement strategies, contract selection, and procurement reporting while applying value management techniques to optimise project outcomes.
- Leads estimating and cost planning activities, owning and presenting final cost plans to stakeholders.
- Manages end-to-end procurement processes, including prequalification, tendering, evaluation, contractor selection, and contract preparation.
- Develops and maintains strong internal and external stakeholder relationships to support successful project delivery.
- Oversees preparation and execution of contract documents, warranties, bonds, licences, valuations, cost checking, and financial reporting.
- Directs cost control activities, managing design changes, contract awards, construction costs, client charges, claims, and final account negotiations.
- Ensures contractual compliance through the administration of practical completion, defects liability, final completion certificates, and associated approvals.
- Leads and develops high-performing teams through performance management, coaching, continuous improvement initiatives, and support for net zero carbon objectives.
- Minimum 14 years relevant experience in cost planning, procurement, and contract administration, including 5+ years leading project cost teams.
