الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة عملية في تطبيق Odoo ERP أو تخصيصه.
  • بكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب أو نظم المعلومات أو الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة، أو خبرة عملية معادلة.
  • خبرة في تطبيق حلول ERP واختبارها ونشرها، ويفضل أن تكون في بيئات الهندسة أو الإنشاءات أو خدمات المباني.
  • خبرة في التعامل مع قواعد البيانات مثل PostgreSQL، تشمل التصميم والتحسين والنسخ الاحتياطي والتكامل مع أنظمة ERP.
  • إلمام بممارسات الأعمال في السعودية والإمارات.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah for an Odoo ERP Developer / Odoo ERP Implementation Specialist. The role involves designing, developing, and customizing Odoo ERP modules to support business processes such as project management, finance, procurement, inventory, and operations. The specialist will analyze current workflows, gather requirements from stakeholders, and configure Odoo to align with engineering, installation, and maintenance activities. Daily tasks include database management, integration with existing systems, testing and troubleshooting, preparing technical documentation, and providing user training and support. The role also requires collaboration with cross-functional teams in KSA and UAE to ensure successful ERP implementation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of ERP Software and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) concepts, with hands-on experience implementing or customizing Odoo ERP.
  • Proficiency in Software Development, including Python and related frameworks commonly used in Odoo, and familiarity with version control tools.
  • Understanding of Business Process analysis and mapping, with the ability to translate operational needs into system configurations and workflows.
  • Experience working with Databases (e.g., PostgreSQL), including design, optimization, backup, and integration with ERP systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in implementation, testing, and deployment of ERP solutions, ideally within engineering, construction, or building services environments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and a structured approach to tasks.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and to provide clear training and support to end users.
  • Familiarity with business operations in KSA and UAE, and the ability to work on-site in Jeddah.
