تعلن شركة Lucid Motors Middle East عن توفر فرصة وظيفية لشغل منصب فني إنتاج مبتدئ في قسم المعالجة الأولية والترسيب الكهربائي (PT/ED)، في مصنعها بمدينة الملك عبد الله الاقتصادية في مكة المكرمة. سيكون المسؤول عن قيادة عمليات PT/ED بشكل آمن ومستقر وفعال داخل ورشة الدهان، وضمان جودة الهيكل وأداء الحماية من التآكل مع الالتزام بمعايير السلامة والجودة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة أنشطة الإنتاج اليومية لقسم PT/ED لتحقيق الحجم المخطط وزمن الوحدة وأهداف الوردية.
- مراقبة والتحكم في معايير العملية الرئيسية بما في ذلك مراحل المعالجة الأولية (إزالة الشحوم، الشطف، التنشيط، الفوسفات، التخميل) ومعلمات حوض ED (نسبة المواد الصلبة، pH، الموصلية، درجة الحرارة)، والترشيح الفائق وجودة الراشح والتحكم في الأنوليت.
- ضمان الالتزام الصارم بإجراءات التشغيل القياسية وخطط التحكم وتعليمات العمل. تنسيق بدء الخط وإيقافه وتغيير المنتج واستئناف العمل بعد التوقف.
- ضمان أن أداء حماية الهيكل من التآكل يفي بمعايير الشركة المصنعة للمعدات الأصلية ومؤشرات الأداء الداخلية.
- مراقبة ومعالجة العيوب مثل ضعف تغطية الفوسفات، عيوب ED، الحفر، الثقوب الدقيقة، وانخفاض سمك الطبقة.
- إجراء فحوصات PT/ED والتحقق من نتائج التفتيش.
- قيادة تحليل السبب الجذري باستخدام منهجيات منظمة (5 لماذا، هيكل السمكة) وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.
- دعم عمليات التدقيق ودراسات القدرة ومتطلبات الجودة للعملاء.
- فرض الامتثال لجميع قواعد السلامة ومعايير التعامل مع المواد الكيميائية وإجراءات القفل/الوسم.
- ضمان الاستخدام السليم لمعدات الحماية الشخصية والتشغيل الآمن للناقلات والخزانات والمقومات وأدوات الرفع.
- قيادة محادثات السلامة اليومية وأنشطة الوقاية من الحوادث.
- ضمان الامتثال البيئي المتعلق بمعالجة مياه الصرف الصحي وتخزين المواد الكيميائية ومنع الانسكابات والانبعاثات.
- الإشراف على المشغلين والفنيين في خط PT/ED وتدريبهم وتحفيزهم.
- إجراء تسليم الورديات وتوزيع العمل وموازنة القوى العاملة.
- التنسيق مع فرق الصيانة للصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية.
- دعم تطبيق التصنيع الخالي من الهدر والصيانة الإنتاجية الشاملة وأنشطة كايزن.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة دبلوم أو مؤهل فني معادل.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 2-3 سنوات في عمليات المعالجة الأولية والترسيب الكهربائي (PT/ED).
- يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في دور إشرافي أو قائد فريق.
- معرفة بمعايير الجودة الخاصة بالمصنعين الأصليين للسيارات ومتطلبات البيئة والصحة والسلامة.
- الاستعداد للعمل بنظام الورديات ودعم الإنتاج وفق جداول المصنع.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة قوية بعمليات المعالجة الأولية والترسيب الكهربائي الكاثودي في السيارات.
- فهم مبادئ الحماية من التآكل والتحكم في سمك الطلاء.
- القدرة على تفسير مخططات التحكم وتقارير الجودة.
- الإلمام بأنظمة الجرعات الكيميائية والمقومات وأنظمة الترشيح الفائق وأساسيات معالجة مياه الصرف الصحي.
- القدرة على قراءة واتباع الكتيبات الفنية وإجراءات التشغيل القياسية ومواصفات العمليات.
- مهارات قيادية قوية على أرض الورشة وإدارة الفريق.
- مهارات فعالة في التواصل وحل المشكلات.
- القدرة على اتخاذ القرارات في بيئات الإنتاج عالية الضغط.
- مهارات حاسوبية أساسية (أنظمة ERP، تقارير الإنتاج، MS Office).
- عقلية التحسين المستمر والتوجه نحو النتائج.

This role ensures consistent body quality, corrosion protection performance, and throughput by managing daily production activities, people, equipment, and process controls. The Team Leader is accountable for QCDSM (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety, Morale) targets, compliance with EHS standards, and adherence to OEM paint process requirements. The position acts as the first-line leader for operators and technicians, driving continuous improvement, problem-solving, and operational discipline across pretreatment and electrodeposition processes.

The position acts as the first-line leader for operators and technicians, driving continuous improvement, problem-solving, and operational discipline across pretreatment and electrodeposition processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily PT/ED production activities to achieve planned volume, takt time, and shift targets.
- Monitor and control key process parameters including Pretreatment stages (degreasing, rinsing, activation, phosphating, passivation). ED bath parameters (solids %, pH, conductivity, temperature). Ultrafiltration, permeate quality, and anolyte control. Ensure strict adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), control plans, and work instructions. Coordinate line start-up, shutdown, changeovers, and recovery after downtime.
- Ensure body corrosion protection performance meets OEM standards and internal KPIs. Monitor and address defects such as: Poor phosphate coverage, ED defects, craters, pinholes, low film build Conduct PTED checks and verify inspection results.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) using structured methodologies (5-Why, Fishbone) and implement corrective actions.
- Support audits, capability studies, and customer quality requirements.
- Enforce compliance with all safety rules, chemical handling standards, and lockout/tagout procedures.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and safe operation of conveyors, tanks, rectifiers, and lifting tools.
- Lead daily safety talks (Toolbox Talks) and incident prevention activities.
- Ensure environmental compliance related to wastewater treatment, chemical storage, spill prevention, and emissions.
- Supervise, coach, and motivate operators and technicians on the PT/ED line.
- Conduct shift handovers, work allocation, and manpower balancing.
- Enforce compliance with all safety rules, chemical handling standards, and lockout/tagout procedures.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and safe operation of conveyors, tanks, rectifiers, and lifting tools.
- Lead daily safety talks (Toolbox Talks) and incident prevention activities.
- Ensure environmental compliance related to wastewater treatment, chemical storage, spill prevention, and emissions.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Support implementation of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and Kaizen activities.
- Strong knowledge of automotive pretreatment and cathodic electrodeposition processes.
- Understanding of corrosion protection principles and coating thickness control
- Ability to interpret control charts and quality reports.
- Familiarity with chemical dosing systems, rectifiers, UF systems, and wastewater treatment basics.
- Ability to read and follow technical manuals, SOPs, and process specifications
- Strong shop-floor leadership and team management skills
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Decision-making capability in high-pressure production environments
- Basic computer skills (ERP, production reporting, MS Office)
- Continuous improvement mindset and results-driven approach.
- Diploma degree or equivalent technical qualification.
- Minimum 2-3 years in PT/ED processes.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or team leader role preferred.
- Knowledge of OEM automotive quality standards and EHS requirements.
- Willingness to work in shifts and support production according to plant schedules.
