تعلن شركة ABB عن وظيفة مدير عمليات في أكاديمية ABB بمدينة الرياض، في السعودية. تتعلق الوظيفة بإدارة العمليات اليومية للأكاديمية والإشراف على عملية التعلم من بدايتها إلى نهايتها.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
وظيفة عملية في أكاديمية جديدة التأسيس، يبني شاغلها عمليات الأكاديمية من الصفر عبر وضع الإجراءات والأنظمة والروتين اليومي، وتوثيقها كإجراءات تشغيل معيارية، والعمل مباشرة على تنفيذ البرامج التدريبية إلى جانب الفريق. يتبع المنصب مدير الأكاديمية في السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة العمليات العامة للأكاديمية، وضمان التميز في مؤشرات الأداء المتعلقة بالرعاية والعملاء والتكلفة والتدفق النقدي، مع تعزيز رضا العملاء والتحسين المستمر والتقارير التشغيلية.
- إدارة تنفيذ التدريب من بدايته إلى نهايته، including التخطيط السنوي للتدريب، وإدارة دورة حياة الفوج التدريبي، وتجربة المتدربين، واستغلال الطاقة الاستيعابية، والاحتفاظ بالعملاء.
- الإشراف على إدارة المدربين وتطويرهم، بما يشمل تنسيق عملهم، وإدارة اعتماداتهم، وبرامج تدريب المدربين (Train-the-Trainer)، وتوجيه الفريق ودعم أدائه.
- ضمان جودة المناهج والاعتماد والامتثال، والإشراف على شركاء المحتوى، وجاهزية المقررات، والرقابة على المناهج، وإدارة نظام إدارة التعلم (LMS)، والاستعداد للتدقيق، ومعايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE).
- قيادة التفاعل مع أصحاب المصلحة وأداء سلسلة القيمة، ويشمل ذلك التواصل مع العملاء، والفعاليات، وإجراءات التسجيل، ومتابعة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية، وإدارة المخاطر التشغيلية، والتحسين المستمر لسلسلة القيمة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو إدارة الأعمال أو إدارة التعليم أو تخصص ذي صلة، مع أساس قوي في الإدارة التشغيلية والتنظيمية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في العمليات، ويفضل في بيئات التدريب والتعليم أو الصناعة أو الطاقة أو التقنية.
- خبرة في إدارة عدة أفواج تدريبية متزامنة.
- المعرفة بأطر التدريب والاعتماد، والإلمام بترخيص الكليات التقنية (TVTC)، ومنصتي مسار وهدف، ومتطلبات الاعتماد في المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إتقان اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
- معرفة عملية قوية بأنظمة إدارة التعلم (LMS)، وأدوات الجدولة، وMicrosoft 365، ولوحات التقارير المبنية على Excel.
- الكفاءات القيادية والمهنية، ومنها النزاهة والمساءلة وحسن التقدير وتركيز العميل والمرونة تحت الضغط، والنهج العملي في تطوير الفريق والتميز التشغيلي.

Runs the day-to-day operations of ABB Academy and owns the learning operation end-to-end: cohorts, trainers, curriculum readiness, learners, visitors, facilities, systems, safety and compliance. This is a hands-on role in a newly established academy. The person in this role builds the operation from the ground up: setting up processes, systems and routines, documenting them as standard operating procedures, and working directly on delivery alongside the team.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Leads overall Academy operations, ensuring excellence in Care, Customer, Cost, and Cash performance, while driving customer satisfaction, continuous improvement, and operational reporting.
- Manages end-to-end training delivery, including annual training planning, cohort lifecycle management, learner experience, capacity utilization, and customer retention.
- Oversees trainer management and development, including trainer coordination, credential management, Train-the-Trainer programs, and team coaching and performance support.
- Ensures curriculum quality, accreditation, and compliance, managing content partners, course readiness, curriculum control, LMS administration, audit readiness, and HSE standards.
- Drives stakeholder engagement and value chain performance, leading customer interactions, events, enrollment processes, KPI monitoring, operational risk management, and continuous value chain improvement.

Qualifications for the role:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Education Management, or a related discipline, with a strong foundation in operational and organizational management.
- Minimum 7 years of operations experience, preferably in training, education, industrial, energy, or technology-driven environments.
- Proficient in English and Arabic, with strong working knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS), scheduling tools, Microsoft 365, and Excel-based reporting dashboards.
- Knowledge of training and accreditation frameworks, including experience managing multiple concurrent cohorts and familiarity with TVTC licensing, Masar, HADAF, and Saudi accreditation requirements.
- Demonstrated leadership and professional competencies, including integrity, accountability, sound judgment, customer focus, resilience under pressure, and a hands-on approach to team and operational excellence.
