نبذة عن الوظيفة
يقود المدير مبادرات تكاليف الرعاية الصحية والتحليل المالي، مع تركيز خاص على التكلفة المبنية على الأنشطة (ABC)، ومجموعات التشخيص المرتبطة (DRGs)، وتكاليف المرضى والإجراءات الطبية، وإدارة دورة الإيرادات، وربحية خطوط الخدمات. ويعمل بالتنسيق مع الفرق السريرية والمالية والتقنية لتطوير منهجيات تكلفة قوية، وتحديد البيانات المطلوبة، وترجمة نتائج التكلفة إلى تحسينات مالية وتشغيلية قابلة للتنفيذ.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة تطوير وتطبيق نماذج التكلفة المبنية على الأنشطة (ABC) في بيئة المستشفيات أو الرعاية الصحية.
- تطبيق منهجيات DRGs لدعم تكلفة المستشفى وتسعيرها وتعويضاتها والتحليل المالي.
- تقييم تكاليف المرضى والإجراءات، بما في ذلك توزيع التكاليف المباشرة وغير المباشرة.
- تحليل ربحية خطوط الخدمات والإجراءات، وتحديد فرص تحسين كفاءة التكلفة والأداء المالي.
- تقييم ودعم عمليات إدارة دورة الإيرادات، بما في ذلك الترميز والفوترة والمطالبات والتعويضات.
- العمل بشكل وثيق مع الجهات المعنية السريرية والمالية والتقنية لتحديد متطلبات البيانات الخاصة بنماذج التكلفة والتحقق منها.
- ترجمة بيانات التكلفة والبيانات المالية المعقدة إلى رؤى عملية تدعم اتخاذ القرار الإداري.
- تقديم الإرشاد على مستوى كبار المسؤولين حول منهجيات تكلفة الرعاية الصحية والأداء المالي وفرص تحسين التكلفة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات ذات صلة في التمويل أو التكلفة أو الأداء المالي في الرعاية الصحية، ويفضل أن تكون في مستشفى أو مزود رعاية صحية.
- خبرة مثبتة في تطوير أو تطبيق نماذج التكلفة المبنية على الأنشطة (ABC).
- فهم قوي لمنهجيات DRGs وتطبيقها على تكلفة المستشفيات وتسعيرها وتعويضاتها.
- خبرة في إدارة دورة الإيرادات، تشمل الترميز والفوترة والمطالبات وعمليات التعويض.
- خبرة عملية في تحليل تكاليف المرضى والإجراءات، بما في ذلك توزيع التكاليف المباشرة وغير المباشرة.
- خبرة في تقييم ربحية خطوط الخدمات أو الإجراءات وتحديد فرص تحسين كفاءة التكلفة.
- القدرة على العمل بفعالية مع الفرق السريرية والمالية والتقنية لتحديد متطلبات بيانات التكلفة وترجمة النتائج إلى تحسينات قابلة للتنفيذ.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of activity-based costing (ABC) models within a hospital or healthcare environment.
- Apply DRG methodologies to support hospital costing, pricing, reimbursement, and financial analysis
- Assess patient- and procedure-level costs, including the allocation of direct and indirect costs.
- Analyze service-line and procedure-level profitability and identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency and financial performance
- Evaluate and support revenue cycle management processes, including coding, billing, claims, and reimbursement
- Work closely with clinical, finance, and technology stakeholders to identify and validate data requirements for costing models.
- Translate complex costing and financial data into practical insights to support management decision-making
- Provide senior-level guidance on healthcare costing methodologies, financial performance, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in healthcare finance, costing, or financial performance, ideally within a hospital or healthcare provider.
- Demonstrated experience developing or implementing activity-based costing (ABC) models.
- Strong understanding of DRG methodologies and their application to hospital costing, pricing, and reimbursement.
- Experience in revenue cycle management, including coding, billing, claims, and reimbursement processes
- Hands-on experience analyzing patient- and procedure-level costs, including the allocation of direct and indirect costs.
- Experience assessing service-line or procedure-level profitability and identifying opportunities to improve cost efficiency
- Ability to work effectively across clinical, finance, and technology teams to define costing data requirements and translate insights into actionable improvements
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication capabilities appropriate for a Director-level role
