تعلن شركة Lucid Motors Middle East عن حاجتها إلى مبرمج أجهزة قياس الإحداثيات (CMM Programmer) للعمل في مكة - مدينة الملك عبد الله الاقتصادية، المملكة العربية السعودية.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

تُطوّر شركة Lucid مركبات كهربائية متميزة من خلال الابتكار، وتقوم على تقنياتها الخاصة وبنية مركبات معرّفة بالبرمجيات. تتميز مركباتها بمبدأ "Compromise Nothing™" أي عدم التنازل بين الأداء والاستدامة، أو التصميم والهندسة، أو الطموح والنزاهة. يطوّر مبرمج CMM برامج ويتحقق منها ويحسّنها ويصونها، إضافةً إلى طرق الفحص البُعدي لإطلاق المركبات والإنتاج المتسلسل في Lucid Motors. يتبع هذا الدور مدير القياسات (Metrology Manager)، ويعمل بالتنسيق الوثيق مع فرق الهندسة البُعدية والتصنيع وهندسة المنتج وجودة الموردين والأدوات وفنيي القياس، لترجمة المتطلبات الهندسية إلى استراتيجيات قياس موثوقة وتقارير بُعدية قابلة للتنفيذ.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تطوير برامج CMM وإثباتها والتحقق منها وتحسينها وتوثيقها وصيانتها باستخدام نماذج CAD المعتمدة، والرسومات الهندسية، وGD&T، وخطط القياس، ومعايير القبول.
  • تحديد محاذاة الأجزاء وهياكل المرجعيات (Datums) واستراتيجيات اللمس، وإنشاء الميزات، ومسارات المسح، وحركات التخليص، وتسلسل القياس، ومخرجات التقارير.
  • إنشاء برامج الفحص وصيانتها للألواح المختومة، وهيكل الجسم الأبيض (BIW)، والأبواب والأغطية، والتجميعات، والتركيبات، والأدوات، والقطع الرئيسية (Master Parts)، ومكونات نظام الدفع، وعينات التحقيق.
  • التحقق من البرامج الجديدة والمعدّلة عبر التحقق من الميزات، ودراسات التكرارية، والارتباط (Correlation)، والمراجعة الفنية من الزملاء، والمقارنة مع طرق مرجعية معتمدة.
  • تفسير الرسومات الهندسية ونماذج CAD وGD&T والخصائص الخاصة ومتطلبات التفاوت وخطط التحكم البُعدي، لضمان تغطية كاملة للقياس.
  • تحسين زمن دورة البرنامج واستخدام المعدات دون المساس بدقة القياس أو تكراريته أو سهولة الوصول إليه أو السلامة.
  • تنفيذ أو دعم دراسات تحليل نظام القياس (MSA)، وتكرارية القياس وإعادة إنتاجيته (Gage R&R)، ودراسات عدم اليقين في القياس، وتحليل القدرة، والارتباط بين CMM وScanBox وeCube والتركيبات وطرق القياس اليدوية.
  • إعداد تقارير بُعدية واضحة وملخصات الانحرافات ومخططات الاتجاهات وSPC وخرائط الألوان والنتائج الفنية للإطلاق والإنتاج والتدقيق والاحتواء وتحليل الأسباب الجذرية.
  • دعم اعتماد التركيبات والتحقق من الأدوات وتغييرات الهندسة وإدخال الأجزاء الجديدة والبناءات التجريبية والإطلاق الآمن والتحقق من العمليات والاعتماد البُعدي.
  • استكشاف أخطاء برامج CMM وإعدادات المجسات والمحاذاة وأخطاء البرمجيات والتصادمات والتأثيرات البيئية ونتائج القياس غير المتسقة وإصلاحها.
  • الحفاظ على التحكم في مراجعات البرامج والنسخ الاحتياطية وقواعد التسمية وقوالب التقارير ومكتبات المجسات وسجلات التأهيل وحالة المعايرة وتتبع القياسات.
  • التنسيق مع فنيي القياس لضمان التنفيذ الصحيح للبرامج وإعداد القطع واستخدام التركيبات وتخزين البيانات ورفع النتائج غير الطبيعية.
  • تقديم التدريب والإرشاد الفني حول تشغيل CMM وتنفيذ البرامج وتفسير GD&T وطرق القياس والتقارير والعناية بالمعدات.
  • دعم التحسين المستمر لمعايير البرمجة وزمن دورة القياس والأتمتة وعرض البيانات والارتباط وسير عمل القياسات.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو هندسة السيارات أو القياسات (Metrology) أو تخصص ذي صلة.
  • من 2 إلى 5 سنوات من الخبرة العملية في برمجة CMM وقياس الأبعاد في قطاع السيارات أو الطيران أو التصنيع الدقيق أو صناعة مماثلة.
  • القدرة المثبتة على إنشاء برامج CMM والتحقق منها وتحسينها وإصدارها بشكل مستقل، وتفسير نتائج القياس وفق متطلبات GD&T.
  • القدرة على العمل في مختبر القياسات وعلى أرض المصنع، ودعم أولويات الإنتاج، وإيصال النتائج الفنية المعقدة إلى مختلف المستويات التنظيمية.
  • المؤهلات المفضلة: خبرة في البرمجة غير المتصلة (Offline) لـ CMM، والفحص القائم على CAD، وإعداد أنظمة المجسات، واستراتيجيات المسح، وMSA، والارتباط، وتحليل القدرة.
  • المؤهلات المفضلة: خبرة في قياس الأجزاء المختومة وهياكل الجسم والأبواب والتركيبات والأدوات والتجميعات الدقيقة أو مكونات السيارات.
  • المؤهلات المفضلة: خبرة في دعم إطلاق المنتجات الجديدة أو المصانع الجديدة (Greenfield) أو الإطلاق الآمن أو رفع الإنتاج بكميات كبيرة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات متقدمة في برمجة CMM وقدرات القياس، تشمل البرمجة القائمة على CAD والبرمجة غير المتصلة، والمحاذاة، وإعداد المرجعيات، وتأهيل المجسات، والمسح، وإنشاء الميزات، والتقارير، واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها.

The CMM Programmer develops, validates, optimizes, and maintains Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) programs and dimensional inspection methods for vehicle launch and series production at Lucid Motors. Reporting to the Metrology Manager, this role ensures efficient, accurate, repeatable, and traceable measurement of stamped parts, body structures, closures, assemblies, fixtures, tooling, Powertrain components, and investigation samples. The CMM Programmer works closely with Dimensional Engineering, Manufacturing, Product Engineering, Supplier Quality, Tooling, and Metrology Technicians to translate engineering requirements into reliable measurement strategies and actionable dimensional reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, prove out, validate, optimize, document, and maintain CMM programs using approved CAD models, engineering drawings, GD&T, measurement plans, and acceptance criteria.
  • Define robust part alignments, datum structures, probing strategies, feature constructions, scanning paths, clearance moves, measurement sequences, and reporting outputs.
  • Create and maintain inspection programs for stamped panels, Body-in-White (BIW), closures, assemblies, fixtures, tooling, master parts, Powertrain components, and investigation samples.
  • Validate new and revised programs through feature verification, repeatability studies, correlation, peer review, and comparison with approved reference methods.
  • Interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, GD&T, special characteristics, tolerance requirements, and dimensional control plans to ensure complete measurement coverage.
  • Optimize program cycle time and equipment utilization without compromising measurement accuracy, repeatability, accessibility, or safety.
  • Perform or support Measurement System Analysis (MSA), Gage Repeatability and Reproducibility (Gage R&R), measurement uncertainty studies, capability analysis, and correlation between CMM, ScanBox, eCube, fixtures, and manual measurement methods.
  • Generate clear dimensional reports, deviation summaries, trend and SPC charts, color maps, and technical findings for launch, production, audits, containment, and root cause investigations.
  • Support fixture buyoff, tooling verification, engineering changes, new-part introduction, trial builds, safe launch, process validation, and dimensional sign-off.
  • Troubleshoot CMM programs, probe configurations, alignments, software errors, collisions, environmental effects, and inconsistent measurement results.
  • Maintain program revision control, backups, naming conventions, report templates, probe libraries, qualification records, calibration status, and measurement traceability.
  • Coordinate with Metrology Technicians to ensure correct program execution, part setup, fixture use, data storage, and escalation of abnormal results.
  • Provide training and technical coaching on CMM operation, program execution, GD&T interpretation, measurement methods, reporting, and equipment care.
  • Support continuous improvement of programming standards, measurement cycle time, automation, data visualization, correlation, and metrology workflows.

Skills

  • Advanced CMM programming and measurement capabilities, including CAD-based programming, offline programming, alignments, datum setup, probe qualification, scanning, feature construction, reporting, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong knowledge of GD&T, datum reference frames, tolerance interpretation, coordinate metrology, measurement uncertainty, MSA, repeatability, and correlation methods.
  • Experience with common CMM software platforms and dimensional data analysis or reporting tools.
  • Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings, CAD models, specifications, measurement plans, and automotive dimensional control requirements.
  • Working knowledge of optical measurement, ScanBox, eCube or inline measurement systems, laser scanning, checking fixtures, master parts, and manual metrology.
  • Understanding of stamping, BIW, closures, tooling, vehicle assembly, precision components, and manufacturing variation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, technical documentation, organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with PLM, QMS, MES, metrology databases, and digital traceability systems.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Metrology, or a related discipline.
  • 2-5 years of hands-on CMM programming and dimensional measurement experience within automotive, aerospace, precision manufacturing, or a comparable industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently create, validate, optimize, and release CMM programs and interpret measurement results against GD&T requirements.
  • Ability to work in a metrology laboratory and on the manufacturing floor, support production priorities, and communicate complex technical findings across organizational levels.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with offline CMM programming, CAD-based inspection, probe-system configuration, scanning strategies, MSA, correlation, and capability analysis.
  • Experience measuring stamped parts, body structures, closures, fixtures, tooling, precision assemblies, or automotive components.
  • Experience supporting new product launches, greenfield manufacturing, safe launch, or high-volume production ramp-up.
