نبذة عن الوظيفة
تتيح لوسيد للمهندسين الانضمام إلى فريق يعمل على ابتكار تجارب تنقل استثنائية، وتُصمَّم مركباتها وتُبنى بالكامل تقريباً داخلياً عبر مكاتبها ومصانعها حول العالم. يقود مهندس الأبعاد الأول أنشطة هندسة الجودة البُعدية لإطلاق المركبات والإنتاج المتسلسل، ويشمل ذلك الاستراتيجية البُعدية، ونشر الخصائص الحرجة، والتحقق من الأبعاد، وربط بيانات البناء، وتقييم جاهزية الإطلاق، وتحليل الأسباب الجذرية عبر التشكيل (Stamping) وهيكل الجسم الأبيض (BIW) والأغطية (Closures) والتجميع النهائي للمركبة. ويعمل على تحويل بيانات القياس والمترولوجيا إلى تحسينات تصنيعية قابلة للتنفيذ، بالشراكة مع فرق التصنيع والهندسة الإنتاجية وجودة الموردين والأدوات والمترولوجيا.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة استراتيجية الجودة البُعدية لمشروع AMP-2، ونشر الخصائص الحرجة للمنتج والعملية عبر برامج المركبات ومناطق التصنيع.
- قيادة مراجعات النضج البُعدي، وربط بيانات بناء المركبات، والتحقق من جاهزية الإطلاق، وأنشطة الإطلاق الآمن، والمصادقة على العمليات البُعدية.
- مراجعة الرسومات الهندسية وتحديد الأبعاد والتفاوتات الهندسية (GD&T)، واستراتيجيات المراجع (Datum)، ومخططات التفاوت، وواجهات التجميع، والخصائص الخاصة، ومتطلبات القياس، للتأكد من قابلية التصنيع وجاهزية الفحص.

- تقييم التغييرات الهندسية المؤثرة على الخصائص البُعدية، وتطوير إجراءات للحد من المخاطر المرتبطة بها.
- قيادة دراسات تحليل نظام القياس (MSA) ودراسات الارتباط والقدرة ومراقبة العمليات الإحصائية (SPC) للخصائص البُعدية الحرجة.
- دعم أنشطة APQP وPPAP والتغييرات الهندسية والبناءات التجريبية والتحقق من العمليات وإدخال القطع الجديدة التي تتطلب اعتماداً بُعدياً.
- العمل بشراكة مع فرق التصنيع والهندسة الإنتاجية وجودة الموردين والأدوات والمترولوجيا للقضاء على التباين وتحسين قدرة العملية.
- قيادة إجراءات الاحتواء وتحديد المجموعة المشتبه بها ودعم قرارات التصرف في المنتجات ومتابعة التحقق من الإجراءات التصحيحية ومراقبة تكرار المشكلات البُعدية.
- إعداد ملخصات مشكلات الأبعاد وتقارير الاتجاهات وخرائط العيوب وتقارير ربط البناء والدروس المستفادة والتصعيدات الإدارية.
- تدريب مهندسي الأبعاد ومبرمجي المترولوجيا وأخصائيي eCube والفنيين على GD&T وأساليب القياس وتفسير البيانات وحل المشكلات بشكل منهجي.
- دعم التحسين المستمر ورقمنة جمع بيانات الأبعاد وعرضها وتتبعها، والتغذية الراجعة المغلقة إلى التصنيع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- بكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو هندسة التصنيع أو تخصص هندسي ذي صلة.
- خبرة من 5 إلى 8 سنوات في الهندسة البُعدية للسيارات أو المترولوجيا أو هندسة الهياكل أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة في قيادة التحقيقات البُعدية وربط بيانات البناء والتحقق من الإطلاق والنضج البُعدي ضمن بيئة شركة تصنيع سيارات (OEM) أو مورد من الدرجة الأولى (Tier 1).
- خبرة عملية في GD&T وآلة قياس الإحداثيات والمترولوجيا والتركيبات البُعدية وتحليل نظام القياس (MSA) ومراقبة العمليات الإحصائية (SPC) وتحليل القدرة.
- القدرة على العمل في أرضية المصنع ودعم أولويات الإطلاق والإنتاج، وإيصال القضايا البُعدية المعقدة عبر المستويات التنظيمية المختلفة.
- ميزة إضافية: درجة الماجستير في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو هندسة التصنيع أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- ميزة إضافية: خبرة في دعم مصنع جديد كلياً (Greenfield) أو إطلاق مركبة جديدة أو رفع الإنتاج بكميات كبيرة.
- ميزة إضافية: خبرة في هيكل السيارة أو الأغطية أو التشكيل أو الأدوات أو التجميع النهائي للمركبة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة متقدمة بـ GD&T وهياكل المراجع وتحليل تراكم التفاوتات وإدارة التباين واستراتيجيات الضبط البُعدي وهندسة هيكل السيارة.
- خبرة قوية في استخدام آلة قياس الإحداثيات وScanBox وeCube أو أنظمة القياس المدمجة في الخط، والمسح بالليزر أو الضوئي، والتركيبات المرجعية، وبرامج التحليل البُعدي.
- فهم متقدم لعمليات التشكيل وهيكل الجسم الأبيض والأغطية والطي (Hemming) والزواج (Marriage) والتجميع النهائي للمركبة.
- معرفة قوية بـ APQP وPPAP وتحليل أنماط الفشل للعملية (PFMEA) وخطط الضبط وMSA وSPC وCp/Cpk وتدقيق العمليات متعدد الطبقات وأساليب حل المشكلات المنهجية.
- القدرة على ربط البيانات البُعدية بظروف الأدوات والتركيبات والوصل والعملية وبناء المركبة، وترجمة النتائج إلى إجراءات تصحيحية واضحة.
- مهارات قوية في التحليل البُعدي وعرض البيانات وإعداد التقارير الفنية والعروض التقديمية.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل بين الفرق المختلفة والتأثير والتدريب وحل المشكلات.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the AMP-2 dimensional Quality strategy and deploy critical product and process characteristics across vehicle programs and manufacturing areas.
- Drive dimensional maturity reviews, vehicle build correlation, launch readiness validation, safe launch activities, and dimensional process sign-off.
- Review engineering drawings, GD&T, datum strategies, tolerance schemes, assembly interfaces, special characteristics, and measurement requirements for manufacturing feasibility and inspection readiness.
- Lead root cause investigations for gap, flush, fit, alignment, geometry, sealing, closure effort, and dimensional variation concerns affecting build Quality or customer perception.
- Analyze ScanBox, eCube, CMM, optical scanning, fixture, and manual measurement data to identify sources of variation and define corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain dimensional Control Plans, measurement strategies, reaction plans, inspection standards, and reporting methods for launch and production.
- Evaluate engineering changes affecting dimensional characteristics and develop actions to mitigate associated risks.
- Lead Measurement System Analysis (MSA), correlation studies, capability studies, and SPC monitoring for critical dimensional characteristics.
- Support APQP, PPAP, engineering changes, trial builds, process validation, and new-part introduction activities requiring dimensional approval.
- Partner with Manufacturing, Product Engineering, Supplier Quality, Tooling, and Metrology teams to eliminate variation and improve process capability.
- Lead containment, suspect population definition, product disposition support, corrective action verification, and recurrence monitoring for dimensional nonconformities.
- Develop dimensional issue summaries, trend reports, defect maps, build-correlation reports, lessons learned, and management escalations.
- Coach dimensional engineers, metrology programmers, eCube specialists, and technicians on GD&T, measurement methods, data interpretation, and structured problem solving.
- Support continuous improvement and digitalization of dimensional data collection, visualization, traceability, and closed-loop feedback to manufacturing.
- Expert knowledge of GD&T, datum structures, tolerance stack-up analysis, variation management, dimensional control strategies, and automotive body geometry.
- Strong experience with CMM, ScanBox, eCube or inline measurement systems, laser or optical scanning, checking fixtures, and dimensional analysis software.
- Advanced understanding of Stamping, BIW, Closures, hemming, marriage, and Vehicle Assembly processes.
- Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, SPC, Cp/Cpk, layered process audits, and structured problem-solving methods.
- Ability to correlate dimensional data with tooling, fixture, joining, process, and vehicle-build conditions and translate findings into clear corrective actions.
- Strong dimensional analysis, data visualization, technical reporting, and presentation skills.
- Excellent cross-functional communication, influencing, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with PLM, MES, digital traceability systems, and metrology databases.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- 5-8 years of experience in automotive dimensional engineering, metrology, body engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience leading dimensional investigations, vehicle build correlation, launch validation, and dimensional maturity activities within an automotive OEM or Tier 1 environment.
- Hands-on experience with GD&T, CMM, metrology, dimensional fixtures, MSA, SPC, and capability analysis.
- Ability to work on the manufacturing floor, support launch and production priorities, and communicate complex dimensional issues across organizational levels.
- Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience supporting a greenfield plant, new vehicle launch, or high-volume production ramp-up.
- Automotive Body, Closures, Stamping, Tooling, or Vehicle Assembly experience.
