Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Al Khobar. The individual in this role will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with existing customers, and promote Global Logistics services to meet sales targets. Daily tasks include conducting sales calls and visits, preparing proposals and quotations, following up on leads, and collaborating with operations teams to ensure service quality. The Sales Specialist will also handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product and service information to enhance customer satisfaction. In addition, this role may involve supporting sales training initiatives and contributing to the continuous improvement of sales processes and tools.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with customers and internal teams.
• Proven Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain client satisfaction.
• Demonstrated Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, closing deals, and achieving sales targets.
• Experience in Sales Management and Training, with the ability to support team performance and knowledge sharing.
• Prior experience in logistics, shipping, or related industries is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Al Khobar, manage time effectively, and handle multiple accounts and tasks.
• Basic proficiency in using CRM systems and productivity tools (e.g., MS Office) to manage sales activities.
