About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and creative Influencer Relations Specialist to enhance Reef Holding’s presence through strategic relationships with influencers and celebrities. This role involves executing innovative marketing campaigns, analyzing performance, and ensuring positive engagement while achieving monthly and annual company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with marketing teams to achieve campaign goals and influencer engagement targets.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance and feedback to optimize effectiveness.
• Plan and execute monthly influencer collaboration strategies to ensure diverse and impactful campaigns.
• Develop innovative ideas to increase engagement with key influencers and celebrities.
• Organize and manage creative influencer marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
• Supervise contract preparation and ensure adherence to agreed terms and deadlines.
• Draft and review creative content scenarios with influencers, maintaining brand consistency.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key influencers in the industry.
• Prepare analytical reports on campaign performance with actionable improvement recommendations.
• Research target audiences and select the most suitable influencers to maximize campaign impact.
• Stay updated with market trends and social media platforms to inform campaign strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Media, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in PR or influencer campaign management.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinking with the ability to implement innovative marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with modern social media platforms and digital marketing techniques.
