شركة Faena التابعة لـ Ennismore تبحث عن مدير هندسة (Engineering Manager) للعمل في الرياض، حي الوادي، السعودية. سيكون المسؤول عن تشغيل وصيانة جميع الأنظمة التقنية بالفندق وضمان أعلى معايير الجودة والسلامة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على التشغيل اليومي لجميع أنظمة الهندسة بالفندق وضمان أداء مثالي لأنظمة MEP وإدارة المباني والمعدات التقنية.
- تنفيذ برامج الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية لحماية الممتلكات وتقليل وقت التوقف والحفاظ على معايير الفخامة.
- الاستجابة للتحديات التقنية بدقة وحرفية لتقليل أي تأثير على تجربة الضيوف.
- دعم عمليات التكليف والاختبار والتسليم لجميع أنظمة الفندق قبل الافتتاح.
- التعاون مع المقاولين والموردين وفرق المشروع لضمان الجاهزية التشغيلية.
- المساهمة في إعداد إجراءات التشغيل القياسية (SOPs) والجداول الزمنية والبروتوكولات الداخلية.
- ضمان الامتثال للوائح السعودية ومعايير السلامة من الحرائق والسلامة العامة والمتطلبات البيئية.
- إجراء التفتيش والتدقيق وتمارين التأهب للطوارئ بشكل منتظم.
- الحفاظ على توثيق فني دقيق وسجلات الصيانة وسجلات الامتثال.
- تحديد فرص تحسين كفاءة الطاقة والمياه والموارد دون المساس بخدمة الفخامة.
- قيادة وتدريب وإلهام فريق الهندسة وتعزيز ثقافة المسؤولية والتميز.
- التعاون مع الإدارات الأخرى لتوقع الاحتياجات ومواءمة الأولويات وضمان رضا الضيوف.
- دعم التوظيف والتدريب والتطوير المستمر لأعضاء الفريق بما في ذلك المواطنين السعوديين.
- العمل مع مدير الهندسة لإدارة الميزانيات والنفقات الرأسمالية وعقود الموردين.
- مراقبة مؤشرات الأداء ودفع التحسين المستمر للحفاظ على معايير Faena الفنية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة مهنية في مجال الهندسة مع خلفية في قطاع الضيافة الفاخرة أو فائقة الفخامة.
- مهارات متقدمة في أنظمة MEP والسلامة العامة والصيانة الوقائية وعمليات الفنادق.
- خبرة في مرحلة ما قبل الافتتاح (ميزة إضافية قوية).
- قدرات قيادية قوية مع مهارات ممتازة في حل المشكلات والتنظيم والتواصل.
- معرفة واسعة باللوائح السعودية ومعايير السلامة والامتثال العمالي.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (إلزامي)، والعربية ميزة قوية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إتقان أنظمة الهندسة الميكانيكية والكهربائية والسباكة (MEP).
- إدارة برامج الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية.
- التخطيط والتنظيم لعمليات ما قبل الافتتاح.
- القيادة وإدارة الفرق وتحفيزها.
- التواصل الفعال مع الإدارات المختلفة والجهات الخارجية.
- التحليل وحل المشكلات التقنية بدقة.
- الالتزام بمعايير السلامة والجودة.

The Role
As Engineering Manager, you will be the operational heart of Faena’s technical world-ensuring that every system, space, and installation performs flawlessly. Supporting pre-opening and ongoing operations, you will lead the engineering team in safeguarding Faena’s ultra-luxury standards while delivering seamless guest experiences, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
What You Will Create
Operational Excellence
- Oversee the daily operation of all hotel engineering systems, ensuring flawless performance of MEP, building management, and technical equipment.
- Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs that protect the property, reduce downtime, and maintain luxury standards.
- Respond to technical challenges with precision and discretion, minimizing any guest impact.
- Support commissioning, testing, and handover of all hotel systems prior to opening.
- Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure readiness and operational confidence.
- Contribute to the creation of SOPs, schedules, and departmental protocols that embed Faena’s technical standards and culture.
- Ensure adherence to Saudi regulations, fire and life safety standards, and environmental requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and emergency preparedness exercises.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation, service logs, and compliance records.
- Identify opportunities to optimize energy, water, and resource efficiency without compromising luxury service.
- Lead, coach, and inspire the engineering team, fostering pride, accountability, and a culture of excellence.
- Partner with operations to anticipate needs, align priorities, and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of team members, including Saudi nationals.
- Work closely with the Director of Engineering to manage budgets, CAPEX, and vendor contracts.
- Collaborate with other departments to align technical operations with guest experiences and brand storytelling.
- Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement to maintain Faena’s standard of artistry in every detail.
Who You Are
- An experienced engineering professional with a background in luxury or ultra-luxury hospitality.
- Skilled in MEP systems, life safety, preventive maintenance, and hotel operations.
- Pre-opening experience is highly desirable.
- Strong leader with excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledgeable about Saudi regulations, safety, and labor compliance.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
