المهام والمسؤوليات
- تحديد وتنفيذ استراتيجية التكنولوجيا الشاملة، وضمان التوافق بين مبادرات الهندسة والأهداف طويلة المدى للمنتج.
- قيادة تصميم وتطوير بنية النظام القابلة للتوسع، والبنية التحتية للواجهة الأمامية، والأطر التقنية التي تدعم نمو المنصة.
- إنشاء وتحسين عمليات هندسية جاهزة للإنتاج، تشمل إدارة النظام، وإدارة البنية التحتية، وممارسات الأمان، والمعايير التشغيلية.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in game development with demonstrated success in a senior technical leadership or technology management role.
- Proven ability to scale engineering teams, establish development processes, and lead technology strategy within high-growth or early-stage environments.
- Deep expertise in Three.js, React, Solidity, JavaScript, and C++, with strong software architecture and system design capabilities.
- Strong understanding of multiplayer systems, real-time applications, distributed architectures, and modern web technologies.
- Experience overseeing infrastructure, system administration, application security, and production operations.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills with the ability to inspire and mentor engineering teams.
- Comfortable working in remote, globally distributed environments while managing multiple priorities and technical initiatives.
- Experience with multiple programming languages is highly desirable.
- Previous experience building a custom game engine or contributing to advanced game engine development is considered a strong advantage.
