تدعوكم مجموعة SJ Group (Surbana Jurong)، إحدى الشركات الاستشارية العالمية الرائدة في مجالات التخطيط الحضري والبنية التحتية وخدمات الإدارة، لتقديم الاهتمام لوظيفة مدير مشروع - إشراف على الإنشاءات (Project Manager - Construction Supervision) للمشاركة في مشاريع بنية تحتية كبرى قادمة في منطقة الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة التسليم اليومي لمشاريع البنية التحتية بما يضمن التوافق مع أهداف المشروع وتوقعات العميل.
- قيادة وتنسيق فرق المشروع متعددة التخصصات، بما في ذلك أقسام الإشراف على الإنشاءات والهندسة والشؤون التجارية ومراقبة المشاريع.
- مراقبة جداول المشروع والميزانيات والموارد ومؤشرات الأداء لضمان التسليم الناجح.
- العمل كنقطة اتصال رئيسية للعملاء والمقاولين والجهات المعنية وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين.
- ضمان الامتثال لمواصفات المشروع والالتزامات التعاقدية ومعايير الجودة ومتطلبات الصحة والسلامة.
- تحديد مخاطر المشروع وتطوير استراتيجيات التخفيف لتقليل تأثيرها على التسليم.
- مراجعة ومراقبة تقدم المقاولين وأدائهم وامتثالهم للمنهجيات والخطط المعتمدة.
- إعداد وعرض تقارير المشروع وتحديثات التقدم ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية للإدارة العليا والعملاء.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو إدارة الإنشاءات أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 12 عامًا في تسليم مشاريع البنية التحتية، مع خبرة كبيرة في أدوار الإشراف على الإنشاءات وإدارة المشاريع.
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة مشاريع البنية التحتية المعقدة، بما في ذلك الطرق والمرافق والنقل والمياه أو القطاعات ذات الصلة.
- معرفة قوية بمبادئ إدارة المشاريع وممارسات الإشراف على الإنشاءات وإدارة العقود ومراقبة المشاريع.
- يفضل خبرة العمل في بيئات استشارية دولية.
- يفضل خبرة في مشاريع دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي والمملكة العربية السعودية.
- الشهادات المهنية مثل PMP أو PRINCE2 أو ما يعادلها تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

About The Role
We are inviting Expressions of Interest from experienced professionals for a Project Manager - Construction Supervision role for upcoming major infrastructure projects across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day delivery of infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client expectations
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, including construction supervision, engineering, commercial, and project controls personnel
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, resources, and performance indicators to ensure successful project delivery
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, contractors, authorities, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, contractual obligations, quality standards, and health and safety requirements
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impacts on project delivery
- Review and monitor contractor progress, performance, and compliance with approved methodologies and plans
- Prepare and present project reports, progress updates, and key performance metrics to senior management and clients
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in infrastructure project delivery, including significant experience in construction supervision and project management roles
- Proven experience managing complex infrastructure projects, including roads, utilities, transportation, water, or related sectors
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, construction supervision practices, contract administration, and project controls
- Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working within international consultancy environments is highly desirable
- GCC and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia project experience is preferred
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent are advantageous
