نبذة عن الوظيفة
نحن بصدد استقبال التعبير عن الاهتمام من محترفين ذوي خبرة لتولي دور **Project Director - Construction Supervision** ضمن مشاريع بنية تحتية رئيسية مستقبلية في جميع أنحاء المملكة العربية السعودية. ستعمل ضمن شركة استشارية عالمية رائدة تقدم حلولاً متكاملة عبر دورة حياة المشروع بأكملها - من التخطيط والتصميم إلى التنفيذ وإدارة الأصول - لدعم الرؤى الوطنية واستراتيجيات النمو طويلة المدى.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة والإشراف على تسليم مشاريع البنية التحتية واسعة النطاق من البداية حتى الاكتمال
- تقديم التوجيه الاستراتيجي والقيادة لفرق المشروع متعددة التخصصات (الهندسة، الإشراف على الإنشاءات، الإدارة التجارية، ومراقبة المشاريع)
- العمل كواجهة رئيسية للعميل، مع الحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع العملاء والجهات الحكومية والمقاولين وأصحاب المصلحة
- ضمان تسليم المشاريع في الوقت المحدد، ضمن الميزانية المقررة، ووفقًا لمتطلبات الجودة والسلامة والعقود
- مراقبة أداء المشروع، وتحديد المخاطر والفرص، وتنفيذ استراتيجيات التخفيف حسب الحاجة
- الإشراف على إدارة العقود والإدارة التجارية وأنشطة تسوية المطالبات
- ضمان الامتثال للوائح والمعايير ومتطلبات الحوكمة المعمول بها
- دفع التميز في المشاريع والابتكار ومبادرات التحسين المستمر عبر فرق المشروع
- دعم أنشطة تطوير الأعمال (التواصل مع العملاء، العروض، ومبادرات النمو الاستراتيجي)
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو إدارة الإنشاءات أو تخصص ذي صلة (يفضل الماجستير)
- خبرة لا تقل عن 20+ سنة في تسليم مشاريع البنية التحتية الكبرى، مع خبرة كبيرة في الإشراف على الإنشاءات وأدوار القيادة في المشاريع
- سجل مثبت في قيادة مشاريع معقدة واسعة النطاق وفرق متعددة التخصصات بنجاح
- فهم قوي لإدارة المشاريع والإشراف على الإنشاءات وإدارة العقود والإدارة التجارية ومراقبة المشاريع
- خبرة واسعة في إدارة علاقات العملاء والتواصل مع أصحاب المصلحة على المستويات العليا
- يفضل بشدة الخبرة في بيئات الاستشارات الدولية
- يفضل بقوة خبرة سابقة في مشاريع دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي والمملكة العربية السعودية
- الشهادات المهنية مثل PMP أو الزمالة المهنية (Chartership) أو ما يعادلها تعتبر ميزة إضافية

About The Role
We are inviting Expressions of Interest from experienced professionals for a Project Director - Construction Supervision role for upcoming major infrastructure projects across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects from inception through completion
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to multidisciplinary project teams, including engineering, construction supervision, commercial, and project controls functions
- Act as the primary client interface, maintaining strong relationships with clients, government authorities, contractors, and stakeholders
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements
- Monitor project performance, identify risks and opportunities, and implement mitigation strategies as required
- Oversee contract administration, commercial management, and claims resolution activities
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and governance requirements
- Drive project excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives across project teams
- Support business development activities, including client engagement, proposals, and strategic growth initiatives
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline (Master’s Degree preferred)
- Minimum 20+ years of experience in the delivery of major infrastructure projects, including significant experience in construction supervision and project leadership roles
- Proven track record of successfully leading large, complex infrastructure projects and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong understanding of project management, construction supervision, contract administration, commercial management, and project controls
- Extensive experience managing client relationships and stakeholder engagement at senior levels
- Experience working within international consultancy environments is highly desirable
- GCC and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia project experience is strongly preferred
- Professional certifications such as PMP, Chartership, or equivalent are advantageous
