تتشرّف شركة Hitachi Energy بالبحث عن مشرف أنظمة GIS/التحكم والقياس (GIS I&C Supervisor) للانضمام إلى فريق العمل في الدمام، المنطقة الشرقية، المملكة العربية السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تنفيذ أعمال التركيب والصيانة بشكل مستقل.
  • ضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات التركيب والتعليمات، والتأكد من مراعاة إجراءات الوقاية من الحوادث اللازمة، مع الالتزام بإرشادات العمل على مكونات النظام الحية.
  • توثيق أي تغييرات أو تعديلات طرأت أثناء التركيب على الرسومات/المستندات بوضع علامات حمراء (red-mark).
  • تقديم المشورة لمشرف التركيب لدى المورد الفرعي فيما يخص تخطيط وتنسيق القوى العاملة اللازمة للالتزام بالجدول الزمني.
  • التعاون مع مدير مشروع PG لتحديد حالة الأعمال المنجزة وغير المنجزة.
  • فحص المواد الواصلة من حيث الاكتمال والتلف المحتمل، وتنسيق مناولة المواد بالتعاون مع قسم مراقبة المواد لدى الموردين الفرعيين وفق إجراءاتهم.
  • إصدار تقارير عدم المطابقة (non-conformance reports) للتلف أو فقدان المعدات ضمن نطاق توريد PG بالتعاون مع مدير مشروع PG.
  • الإشراف على اختبارات التركيب النهائية والتشغيل (commissioning) ووثائق إتمام التركيب الخاصة بـ PG.
  • الإشراف على أنشطة فحص الحلقات (loop check) والتنسيق لها، والمشاركة في اجتماعات الموقع بناءً على طلب مدير مشروع PG-CH.
  • المسؤولية عن التنفيذ الكفء للمهام المسندة إليه.
  • تنفيذ أي مهام تُسند من الإدارة والضرورية للوفاء بمتطلبات الوظيفة.
  • المسؤولية عن ضمان الامتثال للوائح والإجراءات والقواعد الخارجية والداخلية المعمول بها، والعيش بقيم Hitachi Energy الأساسية المتمثلة في السلامة والنزاهة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس أو الدبلوم في الهندسة الكهربائية.
  • خبرة من 2 إلى 5 سنوات في أنظمة GIS (يفضل).
  • يفضّل امتلاك خبرة سابقة في التعامل مع غاز SF6 ومعرفة بمنتجات PGHV لنقل وتوزيع الجهد العالي (Transmission & Sub transmission GIS).
  • القدرة على استخدام برنامج MS Project بشكل احترافي.
  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة.

The opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic GIS I&C Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be working as a GIS I&C Supervisor to cover all the activities/actions required to enable switching systems to be successfully installed, repaired and any faults eliminated. You will be responsible for installation of high voltage systems worldwide for PGHV. He/she represents PG in general through his presence and technical knowledge and PGHV specifically in dealings with the client at the installation site. The deadlines issued for each project are adhered to, whereby the cost-performance ratio must always be borne in mind in this respect. He/she embodies the PG QA philosophy, considering the special conditions on the construction sites. You will be responsible for the installation & commissioning work entrusted to him being carried out in perfect technical order.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Carrying out installation and maintenance work independently.
  • Ensuring compliance with the installation requirements and Instructions &ensures that the necessary accident prevention measures are observed; specifically, he abides by the guidelines for work on live system components.
  • Responsible for red-mark drawings/documents with any changes or modification that became necessary during the installation.
  • Advising the sub-supplier's installation superintendent in planning and coordination of the work force necessary to comply with the schedule.
  • Cooperating with PG Project Manager on establishing status of completed and non-completed work.
  • Inspecting of arriving material for completeness and possible damage and coordination of material handling in cooperation with sub-suppliers Material Control within sub-suppliers' procedures.
  • Issuing non-conformance reports for damage or missing equipment within PG scope of supply in cooperation with PG Project Manager.
  • Supervising final installation & commissioning tests and PG installation completion documentation.
  • Supervising and coordinating the loop check activities and participation at site meetings as requested by the PG-CH Project Manager.
  • Responsible for the competence execution of his tasks.
  • Carry out any tasks that are assigned by management necessary to fulfil the job requirements.
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

  • A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering is required.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience with GIS is preferred.
  • Previous experience with SF6 GAS-Handling and PGHV Transmission & Sub transmission GIS Product knowledge preferred.
  • Having capability to use MS project professionally.
  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
