تعلن شركة Hitachi Energy عن توفر فرصة وظيفية في مدينة الدمام، المنطقة الشرقية، لوظيفة فني مراقبة جودة (Quality Control Technician)، حيث سيتولى تنفيذ بروتوكولات الفحص الواردة بدقة وتوثيق النتائج في نظام SAP، بالإضافة إلى إدارة عمليات وضع العلامات ومعالجة حالات عدم المطابقة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • ضمان بيئة آمنة من خلال تطبيق متطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE).
  • إجراء الفحص البصري والأبعادي للمكونات والمواد والعينات والمجمّعات المشتراة.
  • توثيق نتائج الفحص حسب المتطلبات.
  • الإبلاغ لمهندس الجودة / مدير الجودة عن أي انحرافات تُلاحظ أثناء الفحص الوارد.
  • إنشاء سجلات فحص الجودة وتطبيق العلامات البصرية على الأجزاء المفحوصة وفقاً للإجراءات.
  • إنشاء تقارير عدم المطابقة (Nonconformity reports) وتتبع حالتها.
  • تسجيل وتتبع الأعمال المتراكمة لفحص الجودة الوارد (IQC) يومياً.
  • الحفاظ على إمكانية تتبع المواد المكونة من حيث حالة الفحص.
  • التعامل مع المواد وفقاً للإجراءات ومنع الخلط أو التلف أو أي آثار سلبية أخرى.
  • تسجيل/تتبع المواد عبر عملية الفحص الوارد وإدخالات SAP.
  • تسجيل المعاملات ونقل المواد إلى منطقة المواد المقبولة.
  • إبلاغ نتائج الفحص لمهندسي الجودة والأشخاص المعنيين الآخرين.
  • الرجوع للتحقق من دقة وثائق التجميع وقراءة الرسومات الهندسية وغيرها.
  • تنفيذ أي مشاريع أو مهام أخرى قد تُكلّف بها.
  • التعاون مع الإدارات الأخرى لاكتشاف الانحرافات وتحليل السبب الجذري وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.
  • دعم تحليل الأعطال واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها والزيارات الميدانية وإعداد التقارير وعمليات الجودة باستخدام قالب A3.
  • تنفيذ أي مهام يكلف بها من الإدارة واللازمة للوفاء بمتطلبات الوظيفة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • دبلوم في التخصصات الفنية: الكهرباء أو الميكانيكا.
  • خبرة من 0 إلى 2 سنوات.
  • خبرة في مراقبة الجودة / ضمان الجودة (Quality Control/Quality Assurance).

المهارات المطلوبة

  • معرفة بقراءة الرسومات الهندسية.
  • مهارات استخدام MS Office والحاسب الآلي.
  • فحص يدوي للمواد واستخدام أدوات القياس.
  • مهارات التواصل باللغة الإنجليزية.
  • القدرة على التأثير في التحسين المستمر، واتخاذ القرارات، وإدارة الوقت.

The opportunity

Executes attentively incoming inspection protocols as assigned and report all the findings and results in the SAP. Performs labeling of all components with a component identification tag if components are compliant through inspection. Restrains the components at the dedicated area when fails the inspection and initiate the supplier non-conformance management process to report back the issue to the suppliers.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Ensure a safe environment by implementing HSE requirements
  • Conduct visual/dimensional inspection of purchased parts, materials, samples and assemblies
  • Document inspection results as required
  • Report to quality engineer /Quality manager on any deviations observed during incoming inspection
  • Create quality inspection records, apply the visual indications on the inspected parts as per procedures
  • Create Nonconformity reports and keeping track of the status
  • Record and track daily IQC inspection backlog
  • Maintain traceability of component materials as to inspection status
  • Handle materials in accordance to procedures and prevent mix-ups, damage or other adverse effects.
  • Log/track materials through receiving inspection process and SAP entries
  • Record transactions and move materials to accepted material area
  • Communicate inspection results to Quality engineers and other relevant persons.
  • Refer to verify assembly documentation accuracy, read engineering drawings etc.
  • Performs any other projects or duties that may be assigned.
  • Collaborate with other departments for deviation detection, root cause analysis and correction measures implementation.
  • Support failure analysis, trouble shooting, site visit, reporting & quality process, use A3 template in analysis
  • Employee shall also carry out any tasks that are assigned by management necessary to fulfil the job requirements.

Your background

  • Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical technical courses
  • 0-2 Years’ experience
  • Quality Control/Quality Assurance
  • Knowledge to read drawings
  • MS office and computer skills
  • Hands on Inspection of material and use of tools to measurement
  • English Communication skills
  • Influencing Continuous Improvement and decision making and time Management.
