تعلن شركة هيتاشي للطاقة (Hitachi Energy) عن توفر وظيفة أخصائي مساعد في السلامة والصحة والبيئة (Associate HSE Specialist) في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. هذه الفرصة مناسبة لمرشح متحمس وطموح للمساهمة في تطوير وتنفيذ السياسات والممارسات التي تحد من المخاطر في بيئة العمل والبيئة الخارجية، مع العمل تحت إشراف مباشر لتطوير القدرات المهنية في مجال HSE.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • المساعدة في تطوير وصيانة سياسات وإجراءات وإرشادات HSE بما يتوافق مع اللوائح والمعايير المعمول بها
  • دعم تنفيذ برامج ومبادرات السلامة المصممة لمنع حوادث العمل والحوادث البيئية
  • التعاون في تنفيذ ورصد مبادرات HSE عبر الأقسام، وتتبع التقدم المحرز وتحديد فرص التحسين
  • المساعدة في الحفاظ على الوثائق المتعلقة بسياسات وإجراءات HSE
  • إجراء عمليات تفتيش روتينية للمرافق والعمليات لتحديد المخاطر البيئية والسلامة المحتملة
  • المساعدة في مراقبة ظروف مكان العمل لضمان الامتثال لمعايير الصحة والسلامة المقررة
  • دعم تشغيل وصيانة ومعايرة أجهزة مراقبة الصحة والسلامة والبيئة
  • المشاركة في التحقيق في حوادث العمل والحوادث البيئية تحت الإشراف
  • توثيق نتائج التحقيقات والمساعدة في وضع توصيات لمنع التكرار
  • جمع البيانات وإعداد التقارير
  • دعم تطوير وتقديم مواد تدريبية في HSE للموظفين
  • المساعدة في عقد جلسات التوعية بالسلامة والبرامج التدريبية الأساسية
  • تجسيد القيم الأساسية لشركة هيتاشي للطاقة المتمثلة في السلامة والنزاهة، مما يعني تحمل المسؤولية عن أفعالك مع الاهتمام بزملائك والعمل

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في العلوم البيئية، أو السلامة والصحة المهنية، أو الهندسة البيئية، أو مجال ذي صلة
  • خبرة مهنية من 1-2 سنوات في مجال HSE أو مجال ذي صلة
  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة

المهارات المطلوبة

  • معرفة بمبادئ ولوائح ومعايير HSE
  • مهارات تحليلية قوية مع الاهتمام بالتفاصيل
  • قدرات جيدة في التواصل الكتابي والشفوي
  • فهم اللوائح الصحية والسلامة والبيئية
  • إلمام بالحاسوب وإتقان استخدام تطبيقات Microsoft Office
  • القدرة على العمل بشكل تعاوني ضمن فريق

The opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Specialist to join our team. This role you will be accountable for will assist in developing and implementing policies and practices that identify and mitigate hazardous conditions in both workplace and external environments. This position applies broad theoretical job knowledge typically obtained through advanced education, with work performed under close supervision as you develop your professional capabilities in the HSE field.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Assisting in developing and maintaining HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines that comply with applicable regulations and standards
  • Supporting the implementation of safety programs and initiatives designed to prevent workplace accidents and environmental incidents
  • Collaborating in executing and monitoring HSE initiatives across departments, tracking progress and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Helping maintain documentation related to HSE policies and procedures.
  • Conducting routine inspections of facilities and operations to identify potential environmental and safety hazards
  • Assisting in monitoring workplace conditions to ensure compliance with established health and safety standards
  • Supporting in operating, maintaining, and calibrating health, safety and environmental monitoring equipment
  • Participating in investigating workplace accidents and environmental incidents under supervision
  • Document findings from investigations and assist in developing recommendations to prevent recurrence
  • Compiling data and preparing reports
  • Supporting the development and delivery of HSE training materials for employees
  • Assisting in conducting safety awareness sessions and basic training programs

Your background

  • Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related field
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in HSE or related field is required
  • Knowledge of HSE principles, regulations, and standards
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Good written and verbal communication abilities
  • Understanding of health, safety and environmental regulations
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
