نبذة عن الوظيفة

يقوم المشرف على الاختبارات بإجراء الاختبارات الروتينية عبر خط إنتاج مرن وتدفقي بأداء متميز، بهدف تحقيق أفضل جودة وأقصى توفير في التكاليف وأقصر وقت تسليم. كما يتحكم في جودة GIS ويحافظ على قاعدة بيانات تقارير الاختبارات، ويساهم بنشاط في تحسين عمليات التصنيع والحفاظ على بيئة عمل آمنة ونظيفة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إجراء التجميع والإصلاح والاختبارات الروتينية (الميكانيكية، 10KV، الجهد العالي، الوظيفية، وقياسات المقاومة) لوحدات GIS (بما في ذلك المكونات والوحدات النمطية) وفقاً لتعليمات العمل والرسومات وقوائم المواد وقوائم المراجعة وإرشادات بيانات طلبات العملاء.
  • تنفيذ الطلبات المتعلقة بحزم العمل وفقاً لبيانات الإنتاج والتعليمات.
  • الفحص الذاتي لنتائج حزم العمل، وتعبئة قوائم المراجعة والبروتوكولات المحددة والتأكيد عليها.
  • استهداف أفضل أداء من حيث الجودة والتكلفة ووقت التسليم.
  • مراقبة الجودة والرفع الفوري لمشكلات الجودة، وتسجيل الانحرافات، ودعم تحليل السبب الجذري للفشل، وكتابة تقارير مشكلات الجودة / عدم المطابقة.
  • دعم جمع ملاحظات/تعليقات تحسين المنتج من مهندسي GIS LSC (مركز الخدمة المحلي).
  • دعم العمل الجماعي، والتواصل الفعال والتعاون مع العملاء الداخليين والجهات المعنية والزملاء (التجميع، الاختبار، الخدمات اللوجستية، إلخ).
  • اتباع قواعد وإرشادات المصنع المتعلقة بالسلامة والجودة والبيئة وإعادة التدوير والتدبير المنزلي بشكل مستقل.
  • الحفاظ على بيئة عمل آمنة باتباع إرشادات ABB-HSE، والإبلاغ عن أي مخالفات للرؤساء.
  • المساهمة بنشاط في عملية التحسين المستمر وثقافة اللين (Lean).
  • تقديم التغذية الراجعة ومشاركة الأفكار والملاحظات كلما أمكن.
  • تنفيذ أي مهام يتم تكليفها من الإدارة لازمة للوفاء بمتطلبات الوظيفة.
  • التعامل المناسب مع معدات وأدوات المصنع، وصيانة معدات الاختبار وضمان المعايرة المستمرة الصحيحة.
  • ضمان الامتثال للوائح والإجراءات والمبادئ التوجيهية الخارجية والداخلية المعمول بها.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية.
  • خبرة من 2-3 سنوات في المختبرات أو أنشطة الاختبار.
  • مهارات تحليلية قوية وحل المشكلات.
  • القدرة على قراءة وفهم الرسومات الفنية وقوائم المواد.
  • مهارات ممتازة في التواصل اللفظي والكتابي والقدرة على التفاعل المهني مع مجموعة متنوعة.
  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة.

The opportunity

Performs routine tests through a lean & flow production line with outstanding performance. That is targeting the best quality, maximum cost saving, and shortest delivery time. Control the quality of GIS / Maintain Test Report Database. Contribute actively to improving manufacturing processes. Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Perform Assembly, repair and routine tests (Mechanical, 10KV, HV, functional & resistance measurements) of GIS bays (including components & modules) according to the prepared work instructions, drawings, bill of materials, checklists, guidelines and customer order data.
  • Fulfill orders related to work packages according to production data and instructions.
  • Self-check of work packages results, filling out and confirming on assigned checklists and Protocols.
  • Target the best performance in terms of quality, cost, and delivery time.
  • Quality control and immediate escalation of Quality issues. Record deviation, support root cause of failure and write quality problems / non-conformance reports.
  • Support for gathering product improvement comment/feedback from the GIS LSC (local Service Center) engineers.
  • Actively support teamwork, effectively communicate and collaborate with internal customer/stakeholder/ colleagues (assembly, testing, logistics...etc).
  • Independently follow the factory rules & guidelines related to safety, quality, environment, recycling and housekeeping.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by following ABB-HSE guidelines and reporting of any irregularities to superiors.
  • Contribute actively to continued improvement process and Lean culture.
  • Providing feedback, sharing ideas, and observations whenever possible.
  • Employee shall also carry out any tasks that are assigned by management necessary to fulfil the job requirements
  • Adequate handling of factory equipment and tools, maintain test equipment's and sustain proper continuous calibration.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
  • 2-3 years' experience in laboratory or testing activities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Reading and understanding technical drawings and material lists.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group.
  • Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
