تتشرّف شركة Hitachi Energy، الرائدة عالمياً في حلول الطاقة والتكنولوجيا، بفتح باب التوظيف لشغل وظيفة مدير السلامة والصحة والبيئة (Site HSE Manager) في مشروع HVDC بمنطقة مكة المكرمة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • دعم فريق المشروع في إعداد وتطوير وتحسين نظام السلامة والصحة والبيئة للمشروع (خطة السلامة والبيئة في الموقع، خطة الاستعداد والاستجابة للطوارئ، خطة إدارة حركة المرور أثناء الإنشاء، إلخ).
  • المشاركة في مراجعة وتطوير وثائق السلامة مثل تقييم المخاطر وبيانات أسلوب العمل (RAMS) وتصاريح العمل (Permit to Work).
  • العمل كنقطة اتصال رئيسية في مجال السلامة والبيئة للموقع والمشروع والإدارة، والتنسيق مع جميع المشرفين المباشرين بخصوص قضايا السلامة.
  • ضمان جمع وتقارير مؤشرات الأداء الرائدة والمتأخرة لإعداد تقارير مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs).
  • التعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة الآخرين، وإقامة والحفاظ على اتصال وثيق مع ممثلي السلامة لدى العميل والمقاولين من الباطن.
  • المشاركة في تنسيق أنشطة الموقع لتحديد العمليات المتزامنة التي قد تشكل خطراً، وضمان تخطيط الأنشطة وإنجازها وفقاً لنظام العمل الآمن المعتمد.
  • تخطيط وتنفيذ حملات السلامة مثل محادثات صندوق الأدوات (Toolbox Talk) والإحاطات والعروض التوضيحية والتدريبات.
  • تقديم التوجيه والمشورة بشأن الأمور المتعلقة بالسلامة والبيئة للعاملين في الموقع.
  • قيادة تحقيقات الحوادث في الموقع لضمان تحديد السبب الجذري والإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية، وجمع جميع المعلومات بشكل مناسب في نظام إدارة الحوادث بالشركة.
  • تحليل الاتجاهات من خلال متابعة بيانات الحوادث وملاحظات المخاطر واقتراح إجراءات مناسبة لتقليل المخاطر.
  • التواجد الميداني في الموقع وإجراء تفتيشات دورية مركزة مع إجراء محادثات سلامة مع العاملين.
  • العمل كعضو نشط في فريق السلامة من خلال تعزيز عمليات HSE الخاصة بشركة Hitachi Energy والتفاعل مع العاملين في الموقع.
  • أن يكون سفيراً لبرنامج السلامة السلوكية 'We Care' من Hitachi Energy من خلال تقديم التدريب والدعم للعاملين في الموقع.
  • إظهار التزام قوي بالمعايير والإرشادات والإجراءات البيئية.
  • الإبلاغ عن الامتثال لتدابير حماية البيئة الخاصة بالموقع والتحقق منه (مثل إدارة النفايات، حماية الحياة البرية، استخدام/معالجة المواد الخطرة على البيئة).

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو الميكانيكية.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في العمل كمدير موقع في مواقع الإنشاء في الشرق الأوسط، في قطاع الطاقة أو الصناعات المماثلة، خاصة في المشاريع المتوسطة والكبيرة.
  • مؤهل معترف به في مجال HSE (مثل NEBOSH أو ما يعادله).
  • خبرة واسعة في دور مشابه في مجال HSE ضمن مشاريع ذات حجم/تعقيد مماثل أو قدرة مشابهة مثبتة.
  • إتقان اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية (شفهياً وكتابياً).
  • الإلمام بمعيار ISO 45001 (شهادة تدريب مدقق داخلي في ISO 45001 تعتبر ميزة إضافية).
  • تدريب رسمي في التحقيق في الحوادث.

The opportunity

Hitachi Energy are a global power technology business with a presence in over 90 countries. Hitachi Energy’s HVDC product group are looking for an experienced Site HSE Manager to strengthen the project team at their HVDC project site.

As the Site HSE Manager you will be responsible for all matters pertaining to Health, Safety, and the Environment with respect to regulatory, company, and client requirements. You will be advising, coaching, and supporting the project team in the safe delivery of HVDC mega-projects.

The Site HSE Manager will report operationally to the Site Manager and functionally to the Regional HSE Manager for APAC/MENA. This role will be site-based.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Support the project team in the preparation, set-up and improvement of the project Health, Safety and Environmental system (Site HSE Plan, Emergency Preparedness & Response Plan, Construction Traffic Management Plan, etc.)
  • Participate, review, and assist in the development of safety documentation e.g. Risk Assessments & Method Statements and Permit to Work.
  • Act as the HSE focal point to site, project, and management, and coordinate with all frontline managers regarding HSE matters.
  • Ensure leading/lagging indicators are collated and reported to allow for KPI reports to be generated.
  • Work in cooperation with other stakeholders; establishing and maintaining close contact with the Client and Subcontractor HSE representatives.
  • Participate in the coordination of site activities to identify potentially hazardous Simultaneous Operations and ensure activities are planned and completed in accordance with the approved Safe System of Work.
  • Plan and deliver HSE campaigns such as Toolbox Talk (TBT), briefings, demonstrations, drills.
  • Provide guidance and advice on matters relating to HSE for on-site personnel.
  • Lead site incident investigations to ensure a root cause and preventative/corrective actions are identified, and that all information is suitably collated within the Company Incident Management System.
  • Identify trends by following-up of incident and hazard observation data and propose suitable risk reducing measures.
  • Be visible onsite and complete regular focused inspections whilst engaging in safety conversations with personnel.
  • Be an active member of the HSE team by promoting the Hitachi Energy HSE processes and interacting with site personnel.
  • Be an ambassador for the Hitachi Energy ‘We Care’ behavioral safety program by providing coaching and support to site personnel.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment towards environmental standards, guidelines, and procedures.
  • Inform on/verify adherence to site specific environmental protection measures (e.g., waste management, wildlife protection, use/handling of substances hazardous to environment)

Your background

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working as a Site Manager on construction sites, in the Middle East, in the energy sector or similar industries, particularly in medium and large size projects.
  • Recognizable qualification in HSE (e.g., NEBOSH or equivalent).
  • Extensive experience in a similar HSE role in project business of similar size/complexity or other similar proven capacity.
  • Fluent in Arabic & English (Verbal and Written).
  • Conversant with ISO 45001 (Internal Auditor Training certification in ISO 45001 will be advantageous).
  • Formal Incident Investigation Training.
