About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Divisional Health, Safety & Security (HSS) Manager to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Health, Safety, and Security programs across our business operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in fostering a proactive safety culture, ensuring regulatory compliance, reducing operational risks, and driving continuous improvement across multiple locations and business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain Health, Safety & Security Management Systems aligned with international best practices.
• Lead initiatives that promote a proactive safety culture and prevent workplace injuries, illnesses, and security incidents.
• Facilitate risk assessments and business risk management processes to identify and mitigate operational threats.
• Monitor, analyze, and report divisional HSS performance through established reporting and governance processes.
• Develop and execute comprehensive HSS audit, inspection, and assessment programs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Direct HSS training initiatives to enhance awareness, competency, and compliance across all levels of the organization.
• Provide expert HSS guidance and support to operational teams, projects, and key stakeholders.
• Lead, coach, and develop HSS teams to achieve business objectives and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Health & Safety, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• NEBOSH Certificate or Postgraduate Qualification in Health & Safety or equivalent.
• IOSH Membership (Tech IOSH or Grad IOSH).
• Minimum 15 years of senior Health, Safety & Security management experience within FMCG, manufacturing, food processing, supply chain, or other large-scale industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of risk management, workplace inspections, incident investigations, audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven leadership, stakeholder management, communication, coaching, and influencing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive safety initiatives across diverse operational environments.
• Experience managing HSS across multi-site operations and large workforces
