المهام والمسؤوليات
- مراقبة نشاط السوق لتحديد السلوكيات المشبوهة ومنع المعاملات الاحتيالية.
- تحليل البيانات لاكتشاف أنماط الاحتيال والمخاطر الناشئة وطرق الهجوم المحتملة.
- التحقيق في حالات الاحتيال المحالة والتوصية بالإجراءات المناسبة بناءً على تقييم المخاطر.
- التعاون مع فرق المنتج والبيانات والهندسة لتحسين أنظمة كشف الاحتيال والوقاية منه.
- إنشاء وصيانة لوحات البيانات والتقارير والتنبيهات لدعم المراقبة المستمرة للاحتيال.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة سابقة في مجال مكافحة الاحتيال أو عمليات المخاطر أو الثقة والأمان أو التكنولوجيا المالية أو التجارة الإلكترونية أو بيئات الأسواق الرقمية.
- مهارات تحليلية قوية وقدرة على حل المشكلات مع القدرة على تفسير البيانات وتحديد الأنماط واستخلاص رؤى قابلة للتنفيذ.

- Analyze data to detect fraud patterns, emerging risks, and potential attack methods.
- Investigate escalated fraud cases and recommend appropriate actions based on risk assessments.
- Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to improve fraud detection and prevention systems.
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and alerts to support ongoing fraud monitoring.
- Contribute to the development of fraud prevention policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
- Identify vulnerabilities and proactively suggest improvements to strengthen user trust and platform security.
- Previous experience in fraud prevention, risk operations, trust and safety, fintech, e-commerce, or marketplace environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and generate actionable insights.
- Familiarity with fraud monitoring tools, anomaly detection methods, or rule-based risk systems.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential threats.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product, data, and engineering functions.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
- Good level of English required, with proficiency preferred, as the working language is international.
