انضم إلى شركة أكور في المنطقة الغربية (المدينة المنورة) كمدير عمليات - للجنسية السعودية فقط. في هذا الدور المحوري، ستشرف على الأنشطة التشغيلية اليومية، وتقود تحسين العمليات، وتضمن التنسيق السلس بين جميع الأقسام.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على الأنشطة التشغيلية اليومية وتحسينها لضمان تنفيذ الأعمال بسلاسة وكفاءة عبر جميع الأقسام
- تطوير وتنفيذ ومراقبة الإجراءات والعمليات التشغيلية التي تعزز الإنتاجية وتخفض التكاليف
- تحليل مقاييس الأداء ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) لتحديد فرص التحسين واتخاذ قرارات مبنية على البيانات
- قيادة وتوجيه وإدارة الفرق التشغيلية، وتقديم التوجيه الواضح والدعم والتغذية الراجعة البناءة لتعزيز النمو المهني
- التعاون الوثيق مع الفرق متعددة الوظائف (المبيعات، المالية، خدمة العملاء) لمواءمة الاستراتيجيات التشغيلية مع أهداف المؤسسة
- إدارة علاقات الموردين والموزعين، وضمان معايير الجودة والتسليم في الوقت المحدد وفعالية التكلفة
- إعداد وإدارة الميزانيات التشغيلية، ومراقبة النفقات، وتنفيذ إجراءات ضبط التكاليف دون المساس بالجودة
- ضمان الامتثال لسياسات الشركة واللوائح التنظيمية ومعايير ضمان الجودة
- تحديد المخاطر التشغيلية والتخفيف منها، ووضع خطط طوارئ للحفاظ على استمرارية الأعمال
- الترويج للحلول المبتكرة وتحسين العمليات التي تعزز رضا العملاء والكفاءة التشغيلية
- التواصل بشفافية مع أصحاب المصلحة، وتقديم تحديثات منتظمة عن الأداء التشغيلي والمبادرات الاستراتيجية
- الحفاظ على المرونة والمرونة في الاستجابة لاحتياجات العمل المتغيرة والتحديات التشغيلية
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة العمليات أو دور إشرافي مماثل في بيئة مؤسسية

In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operational activities, drive process improvements, and ensure seamless coordination across all departments. - Oversee and optimize daily operational activities to ensure smooth, efficient business execution across all departments
- Develop, implement, and monitor operational processes and procedures that enhance productivity and reduce costs

- Lead, mentor, and manage operational teams, providing clear direction, support, and constructive feedback to foster professional growth
