المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على جميع العمليات المالية والمحاسبية عبر المجموعة، مع ضمان الدقة والامتثال والكفاءة.
- تطوير وإدارة الميزانيات الشاملة والتوقعات المالية والاستراتيجيات المالية طويلة المدى بما يتماشى مع أهداف المنظمة.
- مراقبة وتحليل مؤشرات الأداء المالي، وتحديد فرص تحسين التكاليف وتعزيز الإيرادات.
- قيادة وتوجيه وتطوير فريق مالي عالي الأداء، وتعزيز ثقافة التميز والتحسين المستمر.
- إعداد وتقديم تقارير وتحليلات مالية مفصلة للإدارة العليا وأصحاب المصلحة.
- ضمان الامتثال للوائح المحلية والمعايير المالية الدولية والسياسات الداخلية.
- إدارة تقييم المخاطر واستراتيجيات التخفيف المتعلقة بالعمليات المالية.
- التعاون مع القادة التنفيذيين لدعم اتخاذ القرارات التجارية من خلال الرؤى والتحليلات المالية.
- تنفيذ وتحسين الأنظمة والعمليات المالية لتعزيز الكفاءة التشغيلية.
- الحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع أصحاب المصلحة، وإيصال الأداء المالي إلى الأطراف الداخلية والخارجية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في الإدارة المالية، مع 5 سنوات على الأقل في منصب قيادي عليا.
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة العمليات المالية متعددة المواقع أو للمجموعات (Cluster).
- كفاءة عالية في التحليل المالي، إعداد الميزانيات، التوقعات، وإدارة الأرباح والخسائر (P&L).
- معرفة متقدمة بمبادئ التقارير المالية والمحاسبة والامتثال التنظيمي.
- خبرة مثبتة في أنظمة ERP وبرامج الإدارة المالية.
- مهارات استثنائية في التحليل وحل المشكلات مع اهتمام بالغ بالتفاصيل.
- قدرات قيادية وإدارة فريق ممتازة.
- إتقان متقدم لبرنامج Microsoft Excel والنمذجة المالية.
- مهارات تواصل وعرض تقديمي قوية.
- خبرة في تحسين التكاليف وتحسين الكفاءة التشغيلية.
- يفضل: الإلمام ببيئة الأعمال السعودية والممارسات المالية الإقليمية.
- يفضل: المعرفة بالمعايير المالية الدولية وأفضل الممارسات.
- يفضل: خبرة في الهياكل التنظيمية للمجموعات أو المواقع المتعددة.

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Cluster Director of Finance to lead financial operations across our cluster in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee all financial functions, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure fiscal excellence across multiple locations. - Oversee all financial operations and accounting functions across the cluster, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency
- Develop and manage comprehensive budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term financial strategies aligned with organizational objectives
- Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports and analyses to senior management and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, international financial standards, and internal policies
- Manage risk assessment and mitigation strategies related to financial operations
- Collaborate with operational leaders to support business decision-making through financial insights and analysis
- Implement and optimize financial systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and communicate financial performance to internal and external parties
- Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven expertise in managing multi-site or cluster financial operations
- Strong proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
- Advanced knowledge of financial reporting, accounting principles, and regulatory compliance
- Demonstrated experience with ERP systems and financial management software
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience in cost optimization and operational efficiency improvement
- Preferred: Familiarity with the Saudi Arabian business environment and regional financial practices
- Preferred: Knowledge of international financial standards and best practices
- Preferred: Experience in cluster or multi-location organizational structures
