Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities across multiple business entities

.The successful candidate will play a key role in driving financial performance, supporting executive decision-making, and ensuring effective financial governance and planning

.Key Responsibilitie

  Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processe
• s.Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and business decision
• s.Prepare and present financial performance reports, business insights, and recommendations to senior management and the Board of Director
• s.Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts and provide actionable recommendation
• s.Ensure alignment of planning activities across different business unit
• s.Ensure compliance with internal policies, financial controls, and regulatory requirement
• s.Support business growth initiatives, investment evaluations, and strategic project
• s.Collaborate with key stakeholders to improve financial visibility and decision-makin
• g.Lead, mentor, and develop the FP&A tea

Requireme

• ntsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related fie
• ld.Minimum 8-10 years of experience in FP&A, budgeting, financial planning, or corporate finan
• ce.At least 4 years of leadership experience managing and developing tea
• ms.Proven experience owning the full budgeting and planning cyc
• le.Experience presenting financial reports and recommendations to executive leadership and Board of Directo
• rs.Strong understanding of financial controls, governance, and compliance requiremen
• ts.Advanced financial modeling and analytical skil
• ls.Excellent communication and presentation skil
• ls.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Exc
