تابي تبحث عن Finance Manager (Financial Control) للعمل في الرياض، السعودية. سيتولى هذا الدور الإشراف على التقارير المالية والامتثال التنظيمي والحوكمة المالية، مع التركيز على دعم النمو في أحد أسرع الأسواق نموًا.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة عمليات الإغلاق الشهري والربع سنوي والسنوي للكيان السعودي مع ضمان الدقة والتوقيت المناسب (هدف D+3) والاكتمال.
- ضمان الامتثال لمعايير IFRS (خاصة IFRS 9 و15 و16) ومعايير SOCPA ولوائح ZATCA (CIT وZakat وVAT وWHT وCTDF) ومتطلبات إعداد التقارير لـ SAMA.
- الإشراف على إدارة الخزانة والسيولة للكيان السعودي، بما في ذلك الحسابات البنكية والتسويات التجارية والتفويضات والموافقات على المدفوعات.
- إدارة التدقيق الخارجي وتقديم بيانات مالية جاهزة للتدقيق مع توثيق كامل.
- إنشاء وتوثيق وتعزيز الضوابط الداخلية عبر جميع العمليات المالية.
- دعم حسابات المخصصات وحسابات خسائر الائتمان المتوقعة (ECL) بموجب IFRS 9 للذمم المدينة للعملاء والتجار.
- إدارة الامتثال للتعاملات بين الشركات والتسعير التحويلي بالتعاون مع فريق الضرائب المركزي.
- بناء وتدريب وتطوير فريق مالي محلي عالي الأداء في السعودية.
- التعاون مع فرق الامتثال والقانون والمنتجات والعمليات لضمان الجاهزية المالية لإطلاق المنتجات الجديدة (المحفظة، BNPL، البطاقات، التحويلات، الولاء/الكاش باك).
- إدارة العلاقات مع المدققين الخارجيين والمستشارين الضريبيين والجهات التنظيمية (ZATCA، MOCI، SAMA) والعمل كنقطة الاتصال المالية المحلية الرئيسية.
- الإشراف على كفاية رأس المال وإعداد التقارير التنظيمية لرأس المال وغيرها من الإيداعات المطلوبة من SAMA حسب الاقتضاء.
- دعم العناية الواجبة والتراخيص ومتطلبات التقارير التنظيمية المرتبطة بإطلاق المنتجات أو الأسواق الجديدة في السعودية.
- ضمان الفصل القوي بين المهام وسير عمل الموافقات عبر عمليات الدفع والخزانة وإعداد التقارير.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة تتراوح بين 5 إلى 7 سنوات في إعداد التقارير الإحصائية أو الامتثال الضريبي أو التدقيق الخارجي، ويفضل أن تكون في بيئة شركات التكنولوجيا المالية أو البنوك أو الشركات الكبرى (Big 4).
- معرفة تقنية قوية بمعايير IFRS ومعايير المحاسبة المحلية (GAAP) ولوائح الضرائب السعودية (الزكاة، ضريبة الدخل، ضريبة القيمة المضافة، ضريبة الاستقطاع).
- خبرة مثبتة في قيادة التدقيق الإحصائي وإعداد البيانات المالية وفقاً لـ IFRS مع التعديلات المحلية.
- خبرة في التعامل مع الإيداعات التنظيمية لجهات مثل ZATCA وMOCI وSAMA.
- المؤهلات المهنية مثل CPA أو ACCA مفضلة للغاية.
- إجادة متقدمة لبرنامج Excel؛ خبرة في أنظمة ERP (Oracle NetSuite ميزة إضافية).
- مهارات تحليلية قوية، اهتمام بالتفاصيل، وعقلية تملك.
- إجادة اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية كتابةً وتحدثًا.

Description

Key Responsibilities
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing for KSA, ensuring accuracy, timeliness (D+3 target), and completeness.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS (esp. IFRS 9, 15, 16), SOCPA standards, ZATCA regulations (CIT, Zakat, VAT, WHT, CTDF), and SAMA reporting requirements.
- Oversee treasury and liquidity management for KSA, including bank accounts, merchant settlements, mandates, and payment approvals.
- Manage external audits and deliver audit-ready financials with complete documentation
- Establish, document, and strengthen internal controls across all finance processes.
- Support provisioning and ECL calculations under IFRS 9 for customer and merchant receivables.
- Manage intercompany and transfer pricing compliance, working closely with Group Tax.
- Build, coach, and develop a high-performing local finance team in KSA.
- Partner cross-functionally with Compliance, Legal, Product, and Operations to ensure finance readiness for new product launches (wallet, BNPL, cards, remittance, loyalty/cashback).
- Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulators (ZATCA, MOCI, SAMA), acting as the primary local finance point of contact.
- Oversee capital adequacy, regulatory capital reporting, and other SAMA-mandated prudential submissions where applicable.
- Support due diligence, licensing, and regulatory reporting requirements tied to new product or market launches in KSA.
- Ensure robust segregation of duties and approval workflows are maintained across payment, treasury, and reporting processes.
- 5-7 years of experience in statutory reporting, tax compliance, or external audit, preferably in a fintech, bank, or Big 4 environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of IFRS, local GAAP, and Saudi Tax Regulations (Zakat, Corporate Income Tax, VAT, Withholding Tax).
- Proven experience in leading statutory audits and preparing IFRS financial statements with local adjustments.
- Experience in handling regulatory submissions to authorities such as ZATCA, MOCI, and SAMA.
- Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, are highly preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills; ERP experience preferred (Oracle NetSuite is a plus).
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ownership mindset.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (written and verbal)
