المهام والمسؤوليات
- التأكد من سلامة جميع الشحنات الواردة ومن قيام المورد بتحميل البضائع المنصّعة بشكل صحيح.
- التأكد من أن الشحنات الصادرة قد تم وزنها وفحص حجمها بدقة وفقاً لمتطلبات شركات الطيران.
- ضمان تقديم خدمة فعالة لأنشطة الرصيف في المستودع للشحنات الصادرة والإشراف على مراقبة التحميل لضمان إنهاء المانيفست ووحدات التحميل (ULDs) قبل وقت القطع.
- التأكد من أن جميع إجراءات نقل وحدات التحميل والمستندات الصادرة إلى الطائرة تتم بشكل صحيح قبل المغادرة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم في الشحن أو الأعمال أو اللوجستيات أو مجال ذي علاقة مع سنة خبرة عملية في مجال شحن اللوجستيات، أو شهادة ثانوية (SPM/STPM) مع سنتين خبرة عملية في مجال الطيران.
- سنة خبرة في مجال شحن اللوجستيات أو سنتين في مجال الطيران أو أي خبرة معادلة.
- خبرة في مجال الطيران وشحن اللوجستيات.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إجادة استخدام الحاسوب ومعرفة ببرامج MS Office.
- شخصية لطيفة مع مهارات جيدة في التعامل مع الآخرين والتواصل.
- القدرة على التحدث باللغة الماليزية والإنجليزية.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل.

Position Summary
- Responsible for daily operations activities to ensure that all works done accordingly and in full compliance with Company’s regulations, Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia (CAAM), ICAO, local regulatory authorities, IATA and company’s standard operating procedures.
- Sustain efficiency in daily overall operations performance to achieve and ensure company’s profit and revenue.
- To ensure that all shipments received are safe and the vendor has done proper loading of palletized cargo.
- To ensure that outbound cargos are properly weighted and volumetric checked according to airlines requirement.
- To ensure efficient service for outbound warehouse ramp activities and to oversee load control as this to make sure all manifest and ULDs finalised before the cut time off.
- To ensure all procedures of transferring ULD and outbound document are despatch to aircraft are in order before departure.
- Diploma in Cargo/Business/ Logistics and related course with 1 years working experience in cargo logistics, or High school certificate (SPM/STPM) with 2 years working experience in airline.
- 1 years in cargo logistics or 2 years in airlines, or any equivalent experience
- Airlines & Cargo Logistics.
- PC Literate with knowledge in MS Office, pleasant with good interpersonal and communication skills, Able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia & English and work independently.
