تعلن شركة الخطوط الجوية الماليزية (Malaysia Airlines) عن توفر وظيفة مسؤول عمليات الشحن (Officer, Cargo Operations) في منطقة الحدود الشمالية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يتولى هذا المنصب مسؤولية إدارة الأنشطة التشغيلية اليومية للشحن وأدائها، بهدف تحقيق وضمان ربحية الشركة وإيرادات المحطة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- مراقبة مستندات الشحن الواردة والصادرة المتاحة للرحلات قبل المغادرة وعند الوصول.
- المساعدة في عمليات التفتيش على المستودع في الحالات المبلغ عنها من سوء المعالجة أو السرقة أو تسليم الشحنات التالفة، وإعداد التقارير اللازمة لاسترداد التكاليف.
- ضمان تسليم الشحنات بشكل سلس ومنظم، وتأكيد سندات الشحن الجوي (AWB)، واستكمال التوثيق الجمركي، وإذن الشحن (DO) وتفويض الإفراج قبل التسليم للمستلم.
- ضمان التزام الموردين بتقديم خدماتهم وفقاً لعقودهم واتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة (SLA).
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة SPM أو DVM أو STPM أو دبلوم أو درجة البكالوريوس أو مؤهل جامعي أعلى في أي تخصص.
- خبرة عمل لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال الشحن أو الطيران أو خدمات الطيران.
- خبرة سابقة في مجال الشحن أو الطيران أو خدمات الطيران أو خدمة العملاء.
المهارات المطلوبة
- القدرة على تحمل الضغط وتحمل المسؤولية.
- إدارة الوقت بفعالية.
- الاهتمام بالتفاصيل.

The position is responsible for managing the cargo's daily operational activities and performance, to achieve and ensure the company's profitability and station revenue.

The position is responsible for managing the cargo's daily operational activities and performance, to achieve and ensure the company's profitability and station revenue.
Key Accountability
- To monitor inbound and outbound documents available for flights before departure and upon arrival.
- To assist warehouse inspections on reported cases of mishandling, pilferage, delivery of damage shipment and process reports for recovery.
- To ensure smooth and orderly delivery of cargo, Airways Bills (AWB) confirmation, complete Customs documentation, shipping order (DO) and release authority before release to consignee.
- To ensure that vendors deliver their services according to their contracts and Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- SPM, DVM, STPM, Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree or higher tertiary qualification in any field
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in cargo, airline or aviation services
- Cargo, airline or aviation services, customer services .
- Stress resilience, good in time management, detailed oriented, high self- discipline and good communication skills
