Raffles & Fairmont Red Sea، الواقع ضمن مشروع البحر الأحمر الرائد في المملكة، يمنح الزوار ملاذاً طبيعياً فاخراً. يضم المنتجع 361 غرفة، 11 تجربة طعام متنوعة تشمل مطاعم فوق الماء تطل على البحر الأحمر وأشجار المانغروف، ومنتجعاً صحياً، إلى جانب ملعب غولف من 18 حفرة. يقع المنتجع على 200 كيلومتر من سواحل بكر، وأرخبيل يضم أكثر من 90 جزيرة وبراكين خامدة وموائل بحرية غنية ومواقع أثرية قديمة. نحن نبحث عن محترف دقيق وفعال في الحسابات الدائنة للانضمام إلى فريقنا المالي، حيث سيتولى إدارة ومعالجة جميع جوانب الحسابات الدائنة وضمان الدفع الدقيق وفي الوقت المناسب للموردين.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • معالجة والتحقق من الفواتير وتقارير المصروفات وطلبات الدفع.
  • الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لجميع المعاملات المالية ومعلومات الموردين.
  • تسوية كشوف الحسابات ومعالجة فروقات الدفع.
  • إعداد ومعالجة التحويلات الإلكترونية والمدفوعات.
  • المساعدة في إجراءات إقفال نهاية الشهر.
  • الرد على استفسارات الموردين وحل مشكلات الحسابات.
  • ضمان الامتثال لسياسات الشركة ومعايير المحاسبة.
  • التعاون مع الإدارات الأخرى لتحسين العمليات وضمان الدقة المالية.
  • المساعدة في إعداد التقارير المالية والتحليلات عند الحاجة.
  • الحفاظ على درجة عالية من السرية عند التعامل مع المعلومات المالية الحساسة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة 2-3 سنوات في الحسابات الدائنة أو دور مماثل.
  • إتقان برامج المحاسبة (مثل SAP, Oracle) و Microsoft Excel.
  • اهتمام قوي بالتفاصيل والقدرة على إدارة مهام متعددة في وقت واحد.
  • مهارات تنظيمية وإدارة وقت ممتازة.
  • معرفة بمبادئ وممارسات المحاسبة.
  • قدرات تحليلية وحل مشكلات قوية.
  • مهارات تواصل فعالة كتابياً وشفهياً.
  • القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وكجزء من فريق.
  • خبرة في أنظمة الدفع الإلكترونية ومنصات الخدمات المصرفية عبر الإنترنت.
  • الإلمام بلوائح الضرائب السعودية ومعايير المحاسبة (يفضل).

Company Description

Raffles & Fairmont Red Sea, positioned in the Kingdom’s groundbreaking Red Sea Project, will provide visitors access to a nature-focused resort. With 361 rooms, eleven distinct dining concepts, including overwater restaurants with views of the Red Sea and the mangroves, and a spa. The resort will be situated next to an 18 hole championship golf course, reflecting Fairmont’s association as a world class golf destination. It will set new standards in sustainable development, positioned on 200km of untouched coastline, an archipelago of more than 90 unspoiled islands, dormant volcanoes, rich marine habitat, and ancient archaeological sites.

Job Description

Raffles The Red Sea, located in the beautiful coastal city of Umluj, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Account Payable professional to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing all aspects of accounts payable, ensuring accurate and timely payments to vendors and suppliers.

  • Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and payment requests
  • Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and vendor information
  • Reconcile account statements and handle payment discrepancies
  • Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
  • Assist in month-end closing procedures
  • Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve account issues
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and maintain financial accuracy
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and analysis as needed
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive financial information

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable or similar role
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with electronic payment systems and online banking platforms
  • Familiarity with Saudi Arabian tax regulations and accounting standards (preferred)
