يسر فنادق رافلز أن تعلن عن وظيفة مساعد المدير المالي للمجموعة (فنادق رافلز وفيرمونت البحر الأحمر) في أملج (تبوك)، المملكة العربية السعودية. ستعمل ضمن منتجعين فاخرين ضمن مشروع البحر الأحمر، وتقدم القيادة المالية والإشراف الاستراتيجي لضمان التميز التشغيلي والنزاهة المالية والربحية المستدامة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • الإشراف على العمليات المالية والأداء عبر عدة منشآت ضمن المجموعة، وتحليل الفروق وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية لتحقيق الأهداف المدرجة في الميزانية
  • إعداد وتقديم تقارير مالية شاملة وتوقعات وتحليلات للإدارة العليا، مع تقديم رؤى قابلة للتنفيذ لدعم اتخاذ القرارات الاستراتيجية
  • تطوير ومراقبة وإدارة ميزانيات الأقسام وخطط الإنفاق الرأسمالي، مع ضمان التخصيص الأمثل للموارد وضبط التكاليف
  • قيادة وتوجيه أعضاء الفريق المالي، وتعزيز ثقافة التطوير المهني والمساءلة والتحسين المستمر
  • ضمان الامتثال للمعايير المحاسبية والرقابة الداخلية ومتطلبات التدقيق والالتزامات التنظيمية الخاصة بالمملكة العربية السعودية
  • التعاون مع رؤساء الأقسام لتحديد فرص خفض التكاليف وتنفيذ مبادرات الكفاءة دون المساس بجودة الخدمة
  • إدارة حسابات الدفع والمقبوضات ودفتر الأستاذ العام، وضمان دقة وتوقيت المعاملات المالية
  • تحليل تدفقات الإيرادات ونسب الإشغال واستراتيجيات التسعير لدعم إدارة الإيرادات وتحقيق أهداف الربحية
  • التنسيق مع المدققين الخارجيين والجهات التنظيمية، والحفاظ على علاقات مهنية شفافة
  • دعم المدير المالي للمجموعة في التخطيط الاستراتيجي والتنبؤ المالي ومبادرات الاستدامة المالية طويلة المدى

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال المالية في قطاع الضيافة، مع خبرة مثبتة في الإدارة المالية متعددة المنشآت
  • خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في منصب إشرافي أو قيادي لإدارة فرق مالية
  • إتقان قوي في التحليل المالي وإعداد الميزانيات والتنبؤ وتحليل الفروق
  • معرفة متقدمة بالمبادئ المحاسبية والممارسات المحاسبية المتعارف عليها ومعايير المحاسبة الخاصة بالضيافة
  • إجادة استخدام أنظمة الإدارة المالية وبرامج المحاسبة (يفضل Oracle أو SAP أو منصات مشابهة)
  • مهارات تحليلية وحل مشكلات ممتازة مع القدرة على تفسير البيانات المالية المعقدة وإيصال النتائج بوضوح
  • قدرات تنظيمية وإدارة وقت قوية مع إمكانية التعامل مع أولويات متعددة في وقت واحد
  • قدرة مثبتة على قيادة وتحفيز وتطوير أعضاء الفريق في بيئة سريعة الخطى
  • مهارات اتصال وتعامل مع الآخرين استثنائية مع القدرة على التعاون بفعالية عبر جميع المستويات التنظيمية
  • معرفة البيئة التنظيمية في المملكة العربية السعودية ومتطلبات الضرائب وقوانين العمل (يفضل)
  • خبرة في عمليات الضيافة الفاخرة وفهم إدارة المنتجعات الراقية (يفضل)
  • الإلمام بالعمليات متعددة العملات والإدارة المالية الدولية (يفضل)
  • شهادة مهنية مثل CPA أو ACCA أو مؤهل محاسبي معادل (يفضل)
  • خبرة في مرحلة ما قبل الافتتاح (Pre-Opening) إلزامية
  • فهم توقعات الضيافة فائقة الفخامة (Ultra-Luxury) ومواءمة العلامة التجارية
  • خبرة في تنسيق المشاريع وجدولة الأعمال والتحكم في المستندات خلال مراحل ما قبل الافتتاح

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Cluster Director of Finance to join our prestigious hospitality organization at Raffles & Fairmont The Red Sea in Umluj, Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal role, you will provide strategic financial leadership and oversight across our luxury resort cluster, ensuring operational excellence, financial integrity, and sustainable profitability. You will work collaboratively with senior management to drive financial performance while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality service delivery.

  • Oversee financial operations and performance across multiple properties within the cluster, analyzing variances and implementing corrective actions to achieve budgeted targets
  • Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, forecasts, and analyses to senior leadership, providing actionable insights for strategic decision-making
  • Develop, monitor, and manage departmental budgets and capital expenditure plans, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost control
  • Lead and mentor finance team members, fostering a culture of professional development, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory obligations specific to Saudi Arabia operations
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify cost optimization opportunities and implement efficiency initiatives without compromising service quality
  • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions
  • Analyze revenue streams, occupancy rates, and pricing strategies to support revenue management and profitability objectives
  • Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities, maintaining transparent and professional relationships
  • Support the Cluster Director of Finance in strategic planning, financial forecasting, and long-term financial sustainability initiatives

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in hospitality finance, with demonstrated expertise in multi-property financial management
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience managing finance teams
  • Strong proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Advanced knowledge of accounting principles, generally accepted accounting practices, and hospitality-specific accounting standards
  • Proficiency with financial management systems and accounting software (Oracle, SAP, or similar platforms preferred)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate findings clearly
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels
  • Knowledge of Saudi Arabia's regulatory environment, tax requirements, and labor laws (preferred)
  • Experience in luxury hospitality operations and understanding of high-end resort management (preferred)
  • Familiarity with multi-currency operations and international financial management (preferred)
  • Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent accounting qualification (preferred)
