تُعلن فنادق ومنتجعات رافلز (Raffles Hotels & Resorts) عن فتح باب التقديم لوظيفة باريستا (Barista) للعمل في مشروع البحر الأحمر بمدينة أملج (تبوك)، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تحضير وتقديم مشروبات القهوة المتخصصة بدقة واتساق، مع إظهار إتقان ماكينات الإسبريسو وتقنيات التخمير.
- تقديم خدمة دافئة وجذابة ومهنية لجميع الضيوف، مع توقع احتياجاتهم وتجاوز توقعاتهم.
- مساعدة الضيوف بتوصيات مدروسة حول خيارات القائمة والمكونات وطرق التحضير بأسلوب مفيد وسهل.
- إدارة جميع المعاملات النقدية، ومعالجة المدفوعات عبر أنظمة نقاط البيع، والحفاظ على سجلات مالية دقيقة.
- الحفاظ على محطة عمل وبيئة مقهى نظيفة ومنظمة ومطابقة للمعايير الصحية، مع الالتزام بمعايير سلامة الغذاء والنظافة.
- تنفيذ مهام الفتح والإغلاق، بما في ذلك تجهيز المعدات وفحص المخزون وتجهيز المنشأة.
- التعاون مع أعضاء الفريق لدعم سير العمل بسلاسة خلال فترات الذروة وخارجها.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال الأغذية والمشروبات و/أو التجزئة خلال السنتين الأخيرتين.
- خبرة مثبتة كباريستا مع إتقان تحضير القهوة المتخصصة.
- إجادة استخدام ماكينات الإسبريسو والمطاحن ومعدات المقهى الأخرى.
- مهارات قوية في التعامل مع النقد وخبرة في أنظمة نقاط البيع (POS).
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين مع توجه نحو خدمة العملاء.
- القدرة على العمل بكفاءة في بيئة سريعة الخطى مع الحفاظ على الانتباه للتفاصيل.
- قدرة بدنية على الوقوف لفترات طويلة وأداء مهام متكررة.
- معرفة بمعايير سلامة الغذاء والنظافة.
- مرونة في العمل بنظام الورديات المتغيرة، بما في ذلك عطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات الرسمية.
- شهادة في خدمة المشروبات (مثل Pro Serve أو ما يعادلها) - مفضلة.
- شهادة في القهوة المتخصصة أو تدريب رسمي كباريستا - مفضلة.
- خبرة في بيئة ضيافة فاخرة أو مقهى راقي - مفضلة.

**Required Qualifications:**
- Minimum 2 years of Food & Beverage and/or retail experience within the last 2 years
- Proven barista experience with demonstrated expertise in specialty coffee preparation
- Proficiency with espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment
- Strong cash handling skills and experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Beverage service certification (Pro Serve or equivalent)
- Specialty coffee certification or formal barista training
- Experience in a luxury hospitality or upscale café environment
- Multilingual abilities, particularly Arabic language skills
- Experience with inventory management and stock rotation
- Knowledge of latte art and advanced coffee presentation techniques
