Raffles & Fairmont the Red Sea، ضمن مشروع البحر الأحمر الرائد في المملكة، يقدمان منتجعين طبيعيين. يضم منتجع Raffles The Red Sea 361 غرفة، 11 مفهوم طعام متميز بما في ذلك مطعم فوق الماء، وسبا. يُعد هذا المنتجع ملاذاً للأناقة الراقية والفخامة الخالدة، ويجمع بين الضيافة الأسطورية لرافلز والجمال الطبيعي واستدامة مشروع البحر الأحمر.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • الإشراف اليومي على عمليات نادي الأطفال وضمان نظافة المنشأة وتعقيم جميع أدوات اللعب أسبوعياً.
  • قيادة وتدريب وتحفيز مرافقي نادي الأطفال، وضمان حضورهم الدورات التدريبية المطلوبة واتباع بروتوكولات الإشراف على الأطفال.
  • المساعدة في تصميم وتنفيذ برامج ترفيهية وتعليمية مبتكرة ومناسبة للفئة العمرية تعكس الثقافة المحلية والإبداع.
  • تطبيق إجراءات صارمة لتسجيل الدخول/الخروج، والحفاظ على سجلات حضور دقيقة، وإبلاغ المدير بأي مخاطر أو إصابات فوراً.
  • التفاعل مع الأطفال وأولياء الأمور بأسلوب دافئ ومهني، ومعالجة الطلبات الخاصة والقيود الغذائية والاستفسارات بنهج استباقي.
  • إدارة مخزون الألعاب والمستلزمات، وإكمال الأعمال الورقية اليومية، والوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية للتقارير الشهرية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة لا تقل عن 2-3 سنوات في دور إشرافي في نادي أطفال تابع لفندق فاخر أو منتجع.
  • خبرة في مرحلة ما قبل الافتتاح (مفضلة).
  • درجة البكالوريوس في التعليم المبكر أو إدارة الترفيه أو مجال ذي صلة (مثل الضيافة أو السياحة).
  • شهادات سارية المفعول في الإنعاش القلبي الرئوي (CPR/AED) والإسعافات الأولية.
  • مظهر لا تشوبه شائبة وذكاء عاطفي عالٍ.
  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (تحدثاً وكتابة)، ومعرفة لغات إضافية مثل العربية أو الروسية ميزة إضافية.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • فهم توقعات الضيوف في الفنادق الفاخرة للغاية والمواءمة مع العلامة التجارية.
  • خبرة في تنسيق المشاريع وإعداد الجداول وإدارة الوثائق خلال مراحل ما قبل الافتتاح.
  • خبرة في مرحلة ما قبل الافتتاح (ضرورية).

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Oversight: Direct daily functions of the Kids Club, ensuring the facility is clean, orderly, and all play equipment is sanitized weekly.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate Kids Club Attendants, ensuring they attend required training sessions and follow proper child supervision protocols.
  • Activity Programming: Help design and implement innovative, age-appropriate recreational and educational programs that reflect local culture and brand creativity.
  • Safety & Security: Enforce strict check-in/out procedures, maintain accurate attendance records, and promptly report any hazards or injuries to the Kids Club Manager.
  • Guest Engagement: Interact with children and parents in a warm, professional manner, addressing special requests, dietary restrictions, and concerns with a proactive, anticipatory approach.
  • Administrative Support: Manage inventory for toys and supplies, complete daily paperwork, and meet monthly report deadlines.

Qualifications

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in a supervisory role within a luxury hotel or resort kids club. Pre-opening experience is highly preferred for this location.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Recreation Management, or a related field (e.g., Hospitality or Tourism).
  • Certifications: Mandatory current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications.
  • Personal Attributes: Impeccable grooming, high emotional intelligence, and fluency in English (additional languages like Arabic or Russian are advantageous).

Additional Information

  • Understanding of Ultra-Luxury guest expectations and brand alignment.
  • experience in project coordination, scheduling, and document control during pre-Opening stages.
  • Experience in pre-Opening is a must.
  • A proactive, anticipatory approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Impeccable grooming and personal presentation aligned with Luxury standards.
