فنادق ومنتجعات رافل تعلن عن وظيفة بتلر في فندق رافل بجدة، المملكة العربية السعودية. يقع الفندق بجوار البرج السكني، ويجمع بين الخدمة الخبيرة والفخامة العالمية، حيث ترحب بكم راقية الخدمة والأناقة المميزة لعلامة رافل. العمل في رافل يعني تجسيد ثقافة الشركة من خلال أسلوب الخدمة الأكثر ترحيباً.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

يعمل البتلر ضمن فريق فندق رافل بجدة، ويقدم خدمات شخصية راقية للنزلاء، مع الحرص على تلبية أعلى معايير الفخامة والاهتمام بالتفاصيل.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • استقبال جميع النزلاء القادمين وتقديم جولة تعريفية مفصلة بالغرفة ومرافقها.
  • التنسيق مع خدمة الغرف لتقديم جميع أصناف الطعام والشراب في الغرف وإزالة الأغراض المستخدمة بعد ذلك.
  • التنسيق لخدمة تنظيف الغرفة ومساعدة طاقم التدبير المنزلي في تنظيف وخدمة جميع الغرف وفق المعايير المطلوبة، والتحقق من أن الغرف مُخدمة وفق المستوى المطلوب.
  • الحفاظ على الأغراض الشخصية للنزيل، وملابسه، وخزائنه، بشكل نظيف ومرتب طوال فترة إقامته.
  • جمع ومعالجة وفحص وتسليم جميع متطلبات خدمة التلميع للنزلاء، وأداء كي بسيط لملابس النزيل عند الحاجة.
  • تفريغ وتعبئة أمتعة النزيل حسب طلبه.
  • الحفاظ على مخزن البتلر نظيفاً ومنظماً في جميع الأوقات.
  • الحفاظ على مخزون البار داخل الجناح وشحنه.
  • مساعدة النزيل بمعلومات عن الغرفة والمنطقة المحلية، وإجراء الحجوزات والتحفظات حسب طلب النزيل.
  • المساعدة عند الحاجة في المجالات التالية: المطعم، الاستقبال، خدمات الأمتعة، التنظيف والصيانة الخلفية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات كبتلر أو في دور مماثل داخل قطاع الضيافة الفاخرة.
  • خبرة إشرافية مثبتة في إدارة فريق من محترفي الخدمة.
  • شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها مطلوبة؛ ويفضل درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الضيافة أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • شهادة مهنية في مجال البتلر تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
  • إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية مطلوب؛ وإجادة اللغة العربية أمر مرغوب فيه للغاية.
  • المرونة للعمل في نوبات متغيرة، بما في ذلك عطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات الرسمية.
  • القدرة على الحفاظ على السرية وممارسة التقدير في جميع الأوقات.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات ممتازة في التعامل مع الآخرين والتواصل، مع القدرة على التفاعل بفعالية مع النزلاء وأعضاء الفريق والإدارات الأخرى.
  • مهارات قيادية قوية وموهبة في توجيه وتطوير الموظفين.
  • إتقان استخدام برامج إدارة المنزل وحزمة مايكروسوفت أوفيس.
  • اهتمام استثنائي بالتفاصيل ومهارات حل المشكلات.
  • مهارات فائقة في إدارة الوقت وتنفيذ مهام متعددة.
  • معرفة متعمقة بآداب السلوك والبروتوكول ومعايير الخدمة الفاخرة.

Job Description

  • Greet all arriving guests and offer a detailed orientation of their rooms and its facilities.
  • Co-ordinate with room service, all food and beverage items served in rooms and subsequent removal of used items.
  • Co-ordinate the servicing of guest room and assist Housekeeping in the cleaning and servicing of all rooms to required standard, check that rooms are serviced to standard.
  • Maintain the guest’s personal items, clothing and wardrobes in a clean, neat fashion throughout their stay.
  • Collect, process, check, deliver all guests valet requirements, perform simple pressing of guest clothing as necessary.
  • Unpack and pack guest’s luggage as required by guests request.
  • Ensure Butler’s pantry in a clean orderly manner at all times.
  • Maintain stock and charge in suite bars.
  • Assist guest with room and local information; make bookings and reservations as required by guest.
  • Assist as required in the following areas, restaurant, reception, luggage services, back of house cleaning and maintenance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a butler or in a similar role within the luxury hospitality industry
  • Proven supervisory experience in managing a team of service professionals
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, team members, and other departments
  • Strong leadership abilities and a talent for mentoring and developing staff
  • Proficiency in household management software and MS Office suite
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Superior time management and multitasking abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of etiquette, protocol, and luxury service standards
  • Familiarity with Middle Eastern customs and etiquette is highly advantageous
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
  • Professional butler certification is a plus
  • Fluency in English required; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times
