ENGIE Middle East (شركة Engie Yanbu للصيانة والتشغيل) تعلن عن وظيفة مشغل ميداني (Field Operator) في ينبع، المملكة العربية السعودية. تتضمن الوظيفة تشغيل ومراقبة المعدات المحلية لمحطة تحلية المياه وفقًا للإجراءات المحددة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- ضمان تشغيل ومراقبة المعدات المحلية وفقًا للإجراءات المتبعة لتلبية تعليمات الإرسال من مركز التحكم المائي.
- تشغيل ومراقبة ومعالجة الطوارئ للمعدات المحلية من PLC / SCADA المحلي.
- تنفيذ بدء تشغيل وإيقاف معدات التناضح العكسي (RO) وفقًا لإجراءات التشغيل القياسية (SOP).
- التنسيق مع مهندسي الوردية / مشغل غرفة التحكم لعزل تصاريح العمل (Work Permit Isolations) لعزل المعدات لأعمال الصيانة.
- جمع البيانات المحلية لحساب التدفق الطبيعي للنفاذية (normalized permeate flow)، ومرور الأملاح الطبيعي (normalized salt passage)، وفرق الضغط الطبيعي (normalized differential pressure) باستخدام برنامج تطبيع الأغشية.
- إعداد وصيانة البيانات للتقارير اليومية والشهرية.
- مراقبة نظام الجرعات الكيميائية عن كثب.
- المساعدة في تفريغ المواد الكيميائية ومراقبة مخزون المواد الكيميائية.
- المساعدة في أنشطة التنظيف الكيميائي والغسيل والحفظ (CIP) عند الحاجة.
- المشاركة الفعالة في جميع أنواع أنشطة التشغيل والتشخيص واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها في محطة التحلية.
- تسجيل البيانات المحلية لتقارير الوردية وتقارير البيانات وفقًا لاتفاقية WPA واتفاقية O&M وإجراءات الشركة.
- تسجيل البيانات الروتينية من المحلية في سجل الوردية (Shift Log Sheet).
- أداء ومراقبة تبديل المعدات وضمان سلامة المعدات الاحتياطية.
- مراقبة المعايير التشغيلية للأنظمة والمعدات وتحديد العمليات غير المطابقة للمواصفات واقتراح الإجراءات التصحيحية.
- دعم مدير O&M / مهندس الوردية في إعداد تقارير الحوادث وتحليل السبب الجذري وتوصية الإجراءات التصحيحية.
- المسؤولية عن التشغيل المحلي الآمن لمحطة التحلية في الوردية.
- الإلمام بإجراءات الاستجابة للطوارئ الخاصة بشركة Engie Yanbu لل O&M واتباعها في حالة الطوارئ.
- المسؤولية كشخص معين / مصدر تصريح بموجب قواعد سلامة الشركة.
- الامتثال للتشريعات المحلية وسياسات وإجراءات HSES لشركة Engie Yanbu لل O&M.
- المسؤولية والمحاسبة عن سلامة نفسه والآخرين وحماية البيئة.
- الإبلاغ عن الأفعال/الظروف غير الآمنة والحوادث الوشيكة والحوادث والتخفيف منها.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو دبلوم في أحد التخصصات: الكهرباء، الميكانيكا، الكيمياء، الإلكترونيات، أو هندسة التحكم والآلات.
- خبرة من 1 إلى 2 سنوات في مجال معالجة المياه / MSF / MED / RO أو محطات الطاقة.
- مستوى العمل 5 (مقياس OSHA من 1 إلى 6): المهام التي يؤديها تمثل مخاطر يتم التحكم فيها بالإجراءات والإشراف وأجهزة السلامة وفريق HSE، وقد يؤدي عدم الالتزام إلى حادث خطير أو الوفاة.
- التعرض للمخاطر: حوادث المرور/السيارات، مشاكل بيئية، مخاطر أثناء التفتيش والزيارات الميدانية وعمليات التشغيل والصيانة.
- معدات الوقاية الشخصية المطلوبة: خوذة أمان، واقي أذن، نظارات أمان، أحذية أمان، قناع غبار، ملابس قطنية، قفازات أمان، سترة قطنية، قناع تنفس.
- معدات الحماية الصحية الموصى بها (HPE): معدات مكتبية مريحة، فحوصات طبية قبل شغل المنصب.
- الفحوصات الطبية المطلوبة قبل التوظيف: فحص طبي كامل، فحص حدة البصر، اختبار عمى الألوان، اختبار وظائف الرئة (PFT)، اختبار سمع.
- المعايير الطبية للوظيفة: ضغط الدم لا يزيد عن 135/85 (في حالة وجود خلل يتم تطبيق برنامج مراقبة فردي)، وفي حالة السمنة يتم تطبيق برنامج مراقبة وتقليل الوزن.

- Ensures that the Local Equipment’s are operated and monitored as per established procedure in order to meet the dispatch instructions received from the Water Control Centre.
- Operation, control, monitoring and emergency handling of local equipment from local PLC / SCADA.
- Carry over the RO equipment start-up and shutdown as per the standard operation procedure (SOP).
- Coordinate with Shift Engineers (SE) / Control Room Operator for Work Permit Isolations i.e. in isolating the equipment for Maintenance activities.
- Collect local data for normalized permeate flow, normalised salt passage and normalised differential pressure calculation by using membrane normalization software program.
- Preparing and maintaining the data for Daily and Monthly reports.
- Closely monitor the chemical dosing system operation.
- Help in Chemical Unloading and chemical stock monitoring.
- Help in the chemical Cleanings, Flushing , Preservation (CIP) activities as and when required
- Taken active participation in all types of operation activities, diagnosis and troubleshooting of Desalination Facility.
- Record local data for shift reports and data reports in accordance with the WPA, O&M Agreement and Company procedures.
- Records the routine data from local in the Shift Log Sheet.
- Performs and monitors equipment changeovers and ensures healthiness of standby equipment.
- Monitors the operational parameters of the systems and equipment and identifies the out of specification operations and suggests the corrective measures that need to be taken.
- Supports the O&M Manager /Shift Engineer in performing Incidents Report and Root Cause Analysis and recommends corrective actions.
- Responsible for the safe local operation of the Desalination plant in the shift.
- To be aware to the Engie Yanbu for O&M Company Emergency Response Procedure and follows it in case of Emergency.
- Responsible as Designated Person/Issuer under Company Safety Rule
- Comply with Local legislations, Engie Yanbu for O&M company HSES Policy and procedures.
- To be Responsible and accountable for safety of himself, others and the environmental protection.
- Report and mitigate unsafe acts/conditions, near misses and accidents.
- The Job Holder will work in a controlled hazardous environment .

Essential Qualifications:
- B. Sc. Engineering/Diploma in either of Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Electronics, Instrumentation and Control Engineering.
- 1 to 2 Years of industry experience in the field of Water Treatment/MSF/MED/RO or Power Plant.
