مطلوب فني كهربائي للعمل لدى ENGIE الشرق الأوسط في مدينة الجبيل، السعودية، للقيام بأعمال الصيانة الوقائية والتنبؤية والتصحيحية واختبار جميع المعدات والأنظمة الكهربائية في محطة توليد الطاقة الكهربائية ذات الدورة المركبة ومحطة تحلية المياه، لضمان تشغيل آمن وموثوق وفعال للأصول الكهربائية ودعم إنتاج غير منقطع للطاقة والمياه.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تنفيذ أنشطة الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية على الأنظمة الكهربائية الرئيسية وفقاً لكتيبات الشركة المصنعة (OEM) وأفضل الممارسات الصناعية.
  • إجراء أنشطة استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها بشكل مستقل لتحديد حالات الفشل وإصلاح العيوب.
  • العمل مع موظفي تشغيل المحطة لحل المشكلات المتعلقة بمعدات التحكم تحت إشراف رئيس الكهربائيين/المهندس.
  • تطبيق إجراءات عزل الأنظمة الكهربائية لضمان السلامة.
  • تحديث نظام إدارة الصيانة المحوسب (CMMS) بعد كل نشاط.
  • المشاركة في اجتماعات السلامة والمحادثات العلنية وتحقيقات الحوادث.
  • تسجيل وتقرير جميع أعمال الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية إلى المشرف.
  • دعم ثقافة السلامة وضمان بيئة عمل آمنة للجميع.
  • تنظيم قطع الغيار والأدوات والمعدات اللازمة لأنشطة الصيانة.
  • الحصول على تصاريح العمل اللازمة المتعلقة بالأنظمة الكهربائية.
  • المشاركة في برامج التدريب الفني والتطوير المستمر.
  • دعم العمل على مدار 24 ساعة من خلال الاستعداد للاتصال في حالات الطوارئ عند الحاجة.
  • الامتثال لقواعد وإجراءات الشركة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة عملية في صيانة المعدات الكهربائية من خلال الخبرة الميدانية والتدريب الرسمي.
  • القدرة على تنفيذ المهام بأقل إشراف.
  • معرفة كافية بممارسات الصحة والسلامة والعمل الآمن.
  • مهارات الحاسب الآلي تشمل SAP و MS Office.
  • إجادة جيدة للغة الإنجليزية.
  • امتلاك رخصة قيادة سعودية سارية المفعول.
  • يفضل أن يكون المتقدم مقيماً في مدينة الجبيل لسرعة الوصول إلى المحطة في حالات الطوارئ.
  • اللياقة الطبية للعمل في ظروف محطة الطاقة (الجهد العالي، الحرارة، الضوضاء، الأماكن الضيقة).
  • القدرة على الوقوف والمشي والتسلق لفترات طويلة أثناء التفتيش والإشراف.
  • القدرة على العمل على ارتفاعات وفي المناطق المرتفعة (السقالات والرافعات العلوية).
  • القدرة على رفع وحمل الأدوات والمعدات الكهربائية التي يصل وزنها إلى 20-25 كجم.
  • رؤية وسمع جيدان (مع استخدام العدسات التصحيحية إذا لزم الأمر) لمراقبة الأنظمة والإنذارات بأمان.
  • تنسيق جيد بين اليد والعين وبراعة في التعامل مع المكونات الكهربائية.
  • القدرة على الاستجابة السريعة جسدياً في حالات الطوارئ أو الأعطال.
  • تحمل المناوبات الدورية وساعات العمل الطويلة والاستدعاءات الطارئة.
  • عدم وجود حالات طبية قد تؤثر على اليقظة أو التوازن أو الأداء الآمن لواجبات الإشراف الكهربائي.

Position Summary:

The role requires to perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and testing of all electrical equipment and systems in the Combined Cycle Power Plant (CCPP) and Desalination Plant. The role ensures safe, reliable, and efficient operation of electrical assets, supporting uninterrupted power and water production. The Job Holder will work closely with other Electrical Technicians to ensure Plant Routines are carried out efficiently and to high quality standards;

Technical

  • Responsible to ensure compliance of IMS.
  • Practical experience of maintaining Electrical equipment gained through hands on experience and formal training.
  • Organizing spares, tools and equipment to carry out maintenance activities
  • Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities on a range of major Electrical systems in accordance with OEM Manuals and industrial best practices for the equipment.
  • Performs troubleshooting activities independently as necessary to determine failure conditions and rectifies the defects found.
  • Works with Plant Operations Personnel for resolving problems encountered with control equipment under the guidance/instructions of the ELECTRICAL Foreman/Engineer.
  • Ability to carry out duties with minimum supervision
  • Practical knowledge of plant isolations from system hazards
  • Sufficient Knowledge of health & safety and safe working practices
  • Support department for improvement in safety culture
  • Ensures a safe working environment for himself and his colleagues while working on any equipment
  • Computer literacy including SAP and MS Office
  • Good command of English Language
  • Supports the 24-hour operation by being available for call-out at short notice as needed
  • Records and reports to the Foreman all PM/CM jobs undertaken
  • Follow and respect company rules and procedures
  • Achieve all necessary permit authorizations with respect to Electrical Systems
  • Shall possess valid Saudi driving license
  • Participate in safety meetings, toolbox talks, and incident investigations.
  • Update CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) after every activity
  • Participate in technical training and continuous development programs.
  • It is preferred that employe to reside in the city of Jubail for quick reach to plant in case of emergency

Physical Health & Capacity Requirements

The Electrical Technician role involves working in environments that demand strong physical and mental resilience. The candidate must:

  • Be medically fit to work in power plant conditions, including exposure to high voltage, heat, noise, and confined spaces.
  • Possess sufficient strength and stamina to stand, walk, and climb for extended periods during inspections and supervision.
  • Have the ability to work at heights and in elevated areas, including scaffolds and overhead cranes.
  • Be capable of lifting and handling electrical tools and equipment weighing up to 20-25 kg.
  • Maintain good vision (with corrective lenses if required) and hearing to safely monitor electrical systems and alarms.
  • Exhibit strong hand-eye coordination and dexterity for handling electrical components
  • Be able to respond promptly and physically in emergency or fault conditions, including rapid movement to safe locations.
  • Tolerate rotating shifts, extended working hours, emergency callouts physically demanding schedules as per plant operational needs.
  • Be free from medical conditions that may impair alertness, balance, or safe performance of electrical supervision duties.
