ENGIE Middle East تعلن عن وظيفة مهندس وردية (Shift Engineer) في الجبيل، السعودية. سيكون مسؤولاً عن قيادة فريق الوردية لضمان تشغيل آمن وفعال للمحطة، واتخاذ قرارات دقيقة وفي الوقت المناسب بشأن عمليات المحطة وأدائها، مع التنسيق مع مدير العمليات عند الحاجة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- المسؤولية عن إدارة السلامة ونظام إدارة البيئة حيثما ينطبق ذلك، والامتثال لنظام إدارة الجودة (IMS) والحصول على الشهادات اللازمة.
- تنفيذ والالتزام بجميع السياسات والإجراءات المتعلقة بالعمليات، وإعداد وثائق السلامة وفقاً لمعايير قواعد السلامة JOMEL والإلمام بنظام تصريح العمل (PTW).
- توفير قيادة مركزة لفريق الوردية لتحقيق أداء المحطة وضمان المستوى الأمثل لتصدير الطاقة والمياه وفقاً لمتطلبات المستفيد.
- التنسيق بين فرق العمليات والصيانة، وضمان أن تكون الورديات مجهزة جيداً بالموارد اللازمة لتشغيل المحطة المشتركة (Cogen) بأمان وموثوقية وكفاءة.
- التنسيق مع فريق الصيانة بشأن متطلبات الصيانة الروتينية والوقائية والتنبؤية، ومراقبة جودة العيوب وأوامر العمل.
- المراقبة المستمرة وتحليل معايير تشغيل المعدات للكشف المبكر عن الحالات غير الطبيعية واتخاذ الإجراءات المناسبة لمنع التوقف غير المخطط للوحدات أو المعدات.
- الإشراف على العمليات الكيميائية وأخذ العينات ومراقبة محطة المياه لضمان معايير الجودة والامتثال البيئي والسلامة.
- الحفاظ على معايير عالية في الإدارة والأخلاقيات والقيادة، وتطوير وتسهيل برامج تدريبية للتطوير الفردي والكفاءة التشغيلية.
- القيام بدور رئيسي في تنفيذ عملية إدارة الأداء من خلال وضع الأهداف والغايات للأفراد وإجراء مراجعات دورية، وتقديم الدعم لتحقيق الأهداف.
- تنفيذ عمليات الدروس المستفادة والأنشطة الأخرى لتحقيق ثقافة المنظمة المتعلمة، وضمان التخطيط للتعاقب الوظيفي للموظفين الرئيسيين.
- إنشاء وتنفيذ التواصل الرأسي/الأفقي داخل فريق الوردية لضمان اطلاع الأعضاء وإشراكهم في العمل.
- أداء دور الخبير في مجال متخصص من المحطة وتقديم التدريب للموظفين عند الضرورة.
- التأكد من أن جميع الأنشطة تتم وفقاً لإجراءات التشغيل القياسية (SOP) والتعليمات، وتحديث الفريق بأي مراجعات.
- رفع أوامر العمل في النظام للإبلاغ عن عيوب المحطة ومتابعة التقدم، والتنسيق مع كبير مهندسي الوردية وفريق الصيانة لجدولة أنشطة الصيانة المخططة وغير المخططة.
- إعداد وإصدار وثائق السلامة لضمان العزل الآمن للنظام لأغراض الصيانة.
- التنسيق والتواصل القوي مع مراكز التحكم للطاقة والغاز ومياه البحر والمياه فيما يتعلق بإعلانات التوفر وتخطيط المتطلبات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- فهم تفصيلي وخبرة عملية في تقنيات تشغيل محطات العمليات الحديثة المرتبطة بتوليد الطاقة وإنتاج المياه المحلاة.
- القدرة على العمل تحت التوجيه العام لكبير مهندسي الوردية، مع حرية التخطيط وإدارة مجالات النشاط ضمن الحدود المحددة مسبقاً.
- المساءلة عن ضمان سير عمليات الوردية بسلاسة مع الامتثال لمعايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) ومعايير ISO وأهداف تشغيل المحطة وجودة التقارير.

Functions/ Task:
Safety, Quality & Environment
- Responsible for the “Safety Management” and “environment Management System” where applicable.
- IMS Compliance and Certification.
- Responsible for the implementation and adherence of all operations related policies & procedures.
- Responsible to prepare the safety documents according to the JOMEL safety rules standard and should be conversant with the PTW system.
- To provide focused leadership to the shift team to achieve plant performance and ensure optimum level of power and water export as required by the off taker.
- To provide coordination among the operations and maintenance teams.
- To make sure that operations shifts are well manned and required resources are available for the team to operate the Cogen plant with safely, reliably and efficiently.
- Coordination with operations and maintenance team regarding the routine, preventive and predictive maintenance requirements.
- Monitor the quality and actions on defects and work orders.
- Continuous monitoring and analysis of equipment operating parameters for early prediction of equipment abnormal parameters for early prediction of equipment abnormal condition and initiate appropriate action to prevent unscheduled unit or equipment outage.
- Oversees chemical processes, sampling and water plant control for quality standards and environmental compliance and safety.
- Maintain high standards of management, ethics and leadership.
- Establish and facilitate training programs for individual development and operational competence.
- Takes a lead role in implementing performance management process by setting objectives and targets for the individual and performing periodical review. Providing support to individuals in achieving the set targets whenever necessary.
- Implements lessons learned processes and other activities to achieve a learning organization culture.
- Ensure succession planning for key staff.
- Establish and implement vertical/ horizontal communication within the shift team to ensure members are well informed and remain engaged with the business.
- Perform the role of subject matter expert in specialized area of the plant and deliver training to staff when necessary.
- Make sure that all activities are being carried out according to the predefined SOP & instructions.
- In case of any revision or update in the SOP or Instructions. It’s the responsibility of S.E to make sure that shift team is aware and trained accordingly.
- Raise work orders in system to report plant defects and follows up on progress.
- Coordinate with the Senior Shift Engineer and maintenance team to schedule planned and unplanned maintenance activities.
- Prepare and issue safety documentation to ensure safe isolations from the system for the purpose of planned and unplanned maintenance activities.
- Coordination and strong liaison with Power, Gas, Sea Water & Water Control Centers with regard to Availability Declarations & Requirements Planning.
- Job Holder operates under the general guidance of the Sr. Shift Engineer. The job holder is free to plan and manage own areas of activity within predefined limits.
- Any extra-ordinary issue arising out of the set policy and procedure are to be referred to the Sr. Shift Engineer for the approval of recommendation/ Solicitation of Further Action Plan.
