شركة ENGIE Middle East تعلن عن وظيفة Senior Shift Engineer في الجبيل، السعودية. سيكون شاغل الوظيفة مسؤولاً عن قيادة فريق المناوبة الكامل لضمان تشغيل آمن وفعال للمحطة، بما في ذلك اتخاذ القرارات الدقيقة وفي الوقت المناسب بشأن العمليات والأداء، إلى جانب فهم تقنيات تشغيل محطات الطاقة الحديثة وإنتاج المياه المحلاة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- السلامة والجودة والبيئة: المسؤولية عن تطبيق نظام إدارة السلامة ونظام إدارة البيئة حسب الاقتضاء، وضمان الامتثال لشهادة نظام الإدارة المتكامل (IMS)، والإشراف على تنفيذ جميع السياسات والإجراءات المتعلقة بالتشغيل.
- تشغيل المحطة: قيادة عمليات المحطة بطريقة آمنة وموثوقة وفعالة، وتنسيق العمل بين فرق التشغيل والصيانة، وضمان توفر الموارد البشرية اللازمة في المناوبات، والتنسيق بشأن متطلبات الصيانة الروتينية والوقائية والتنبؤية، ومراقبة جودة الأعمال المتعلقة بالعيوب وأوامر العمل.
- دعم فريق الصيانة: المساعدة في تنظيم وتنفيذ أعمال الصيانة الحرجة، وتحليل وحل المشكلات المتكررة بالتعاون مع فريق الصيانة.
- إدارة الأفراد: وضع أهداف فردية تتماشى مع أهداف القسم، وإجراء مراجعات دورية، وتوجيه الأفراد لتحقيق الأهداف، وتقييم احتياجات التطوير وتقديم الإرشاد لمعالجة النواقص.
- السياسات والإجراءات: ضمان مراجعة وتحديث إجراءات التشغيل القياسية (SOP) والتعليمات بشكل دوري لضمان تنفيذ العمل بطريقة محكمة ومتسقة.
- إعداد الميزانية: إعداد ميزانية تشغيل الفريق ومتابعتها، وتقديم مدخلات تشغيلية لإعداد ميزانية المواد الكيميائية ومتطلبات مياه البحر.
- المساءلة عن النتائج: ضمان سير عمليات المناوبة بسلاسة مع الامتثال لمتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE)، ونظام الإدارة المتكامل (IMS)، وتحقيق أهداف تشغيل المحطة، وجودة التقارير ونظام الإبلاغ.

Position Summary:

This will include responsibility for making accurate and timely decision on matters affecting plant processes and performance and consulting with the Operations Manager when necessary. In addition to that the role requires a detailed understanding and practical experience of technologies of operating modern process plant associated with power generation and the production of desalinated water.
The position holder should have excellent communication, leadership skills, and the ability to work under their own initiative with high level of drive, energy and motivation.

Functions/ Task:
Safety, Quality & Environment
- Responsible for the “Safety Management” and “environment Management System” where applicable.
- IMS Compliance and Certification.
- Responsible for the implementation and adherence of all operations related policies & procedures.
- To provide leadership for the safe, reliable and efficient operations of the plant.
- To provide coordination among the operations and maintenance teams.
- To make sure that operations shifts ware well manned and required resources are available for the team to operate the plant with safely, reliably and efficiently.
- Coordination with operations and maintenance team regarding the routine, preventive and predictive maintenance requirements.
- Monitor the quality and actions on defects and work orders.
- To provide help to maintenance team in organizing and execution of very crucial maintenance works.
- Extend help to maintenance teams in analyzing and finding the solution of recurring problems.
- Set objectives in line with the departmental targets for self and subordinates, perform its periodical reviews and provide guidance to individuals in achieving the set targets.
- To evaluate and identify the development requirements of individuals. Provide mentoring to individual to overcome lacking and deficiencies.
- Make sure that periodic reviews and update of SOP & instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Prepare team operational budget and keeping its track.
- Provide operational inputs to prepare the budget for the plant chemicals and Sea Water Requirements.

- Plant Operations Targets
- Quality of Reports and Reporting System (All operations related reports)
