شركة Carrier، الرائدة عالمياً في حلول التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء (HVAC)، تبحث عن فني خدمات HVAC للانضمام إلى فريقها في الرياض، السعودية. سيتولى المرشح الناجح مسؤولية تركيب وفحص وصيانة وإصلاح أنظمة HVAC مع ضمان خدمة عالية الجودة ورضا العملاء.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- اتباع إجراءات التشغيل القياسية والتعليمات الشفهية أو المكتوبة
- إنجاز المهام الموكلة ضمن الوقت المحدد مع الحفاظ على جودة الخدمة ورضا العملاء
- الحفاظ على نظافة وتنظيم موقع العمل
- إطلاع العملاء على تقدم العمل والمشكلات المعلقة والتوصيات
- إكمال شهادات إنجاز العمل، وبطاقات العمل، واستبيانات الصحة والبيئة والسلامة، وسجلات الوقت اليومية
- فحص أنظمة HVAC لضمان التشغيل الفعال
- تشخيص الأعطال الميكانيكية والكهربائية
- إصلاح واستبدال المكونات التالفة
- إجراء الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية
- الحفاظ على سجلات الصيانة والخدمة
- ضبط وصيانة أنظمة التحكم الكهربائية والإلكترونية
- تنظيف الملفات والمراوح، وفحص المحركات، وضبط شد الأحزمة
- إعداد تقارير الفحص والتوصيات الفنية ووثائق نطاق العمل
- تقدير ساعات العمل والمواد المطلوبة
- تحديد مخاطر مكان العمل وتطبيق إجراءات السلامة المناسبة
- اتباع سياسات وإجراءات الصحة والبيئة والسلامة في جميع الأوقات
- رفع القضايا الفنية أو المتعلقة بالسلامة إلى المشرفين عند الضرورة
- حضور دورات تدريبية منتظمة في الصحة والبيئة والسلامة والتدريب الفني
- تركيب الرافعات والمعدات بأمان لرفع المعدات والمضخات والمبردات
- إدارة أدوات الآلات، بما في ذلك الاستلام والتسليم والاستخدام والمخزون
- التعاون بفعالية مع الزملاء كجزء من فريق متكامل
- العمل بشكل مستقل عند الحاجة
- المعرفة الأساسية بمعدات DX (التمدد المباشر) ومعدات الهواء الجانبي والمبردات الترددية
الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم (أو ما يعادله) في مجال تكييف الهواء والتبريد
- خبرة من 1 إلى 3 سنوات في مجال HVAC

Job Summary

Qualifications
- Diploma (or equivalent) in Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration field
- 1-3 years of experience in the HVAC industry/field
- Valid driving license is an advantage
- Knowledge of HVAC equipment maintenance and repair practices in line with industry standards and manufacturer guidelines
- Understanding of health, hazard, and safety procedures related to HVAC operations and MSDS sheets
- Knowledge of tools utilization and management
- Ability to prepare and file inspection and technical reports
- Understanding of quality management practices and company standards
- Good English communication skills (speaking, reading, writing, and listening)
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer-oriented mindset, and ability to work as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of:
- Metal sheet works
- Electrical systems

Daily Operations
- Follow standard operating procedures and written/oral instructions
- Complete assigned tasks within the scheduled time while maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the worksite
- Update customers regarding work progress, outstanding issues, and recommendations
- Complete Job Completion Certificates, Job Cards, EH&S surveys, and daily timesheets
- Inspect HVAC systems to ensure efficient operation
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical malfunctions
- Repair and replace defective components
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
- Maintain maintenance and service records
- Adjust and maintain electrical and electronic control systems
- Clean coils and blowers, check motors, and adjust belt tensions
- Prepare inspection reports, technical recommendations, and scope of work documentation
- Estimate labor hours and required materials
- Identify workplace hazards and apply appropriate safety measures
- Follow EH&S policies and procedures at all times
- Escalate technical or safety issues to supervisors when necessary
- Attend regular EH&S and technical training sessions
- Safely rig and set up gantries for lifting equipment, pumps, chillers, etc.
- Manage machinery tools, including pickup, delivery, usage, and inventory
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues as part of an integrated team
- Work independently when required
