نحن نبحث عن Senior Associate, Accountant لدعم عمليات المحاسبة وإعداد التقارير المالية وتحليل التدفقات النقدية والامتثال للضرائب. تشمل المسؤوليات إعداد التقارير المالية، وتحليل المدفوعات والتحصيلات، وضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات VAT وضريبة الاستقطاع (WHT)، ودعم عمليات التدقيق، والتنسيق مع البنوك. المرشح المثالي يمتلك معرفة محاسبية قوية، وخبرة في اللوائح الضريبية السعودية، والقدرة على تحليل البيانات المالية بدقة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إعداد تقارير المدفوعات والتحصيلات اليومية لدعم مراقبة التدفق النقدي واتخاذ القرارات المالية.
- تحليل المدفوعات والتحصيلات الشهرية الفعلية مقابل التدفق النقدي المتوقع وتقديم رؤى حول الفروقات.
- إعداد تقارير أعمار الحسابات الدائنة (AP) وتقارير التدفق النقدي.
- مراجعة إقرارات VAT الشهرية والتنسيق مع المستشارين الضريبيين الخارجيين لتقديمها.
- مراجعة والتحقق من حسابات ضريبة الاستقطاع (WHT) الشهرية وضمان تقديمها في الوقت المحدد.
- مراقبة الامتثال للفوترة الإلكترونية وضمان إرسال الفواتير بنجاح عبر منصة ZATCA.
- التحقيق في أخطاء الفوترة الإلكترونية والمشكلات الضريبية وحلها بالتنسيق مع الجهات المعنية.
- دعم عمليات التدقيق الضريبي الداخلي والخارجي من خلال إعداد بيانات مالية دقيقة وتقارير ومستندات داعمة.
- أداء الأنشطة المحاسبية وفقاً للمبادئ المحاسبية المعمول بها والسياسات الشركة.
- إعداد قيود اليومية، وتسويات الحسابات، والقوائم المالية لضمان دقة السجلات المحاسبية.
- الحفاظ على ومراجعة حسابات دفتر الأستاذ العام، وحسابات الميزانية العمومية، وتقارير التكاليف والإيرادات، وتسويات البنوك.
- مراقبة القيود المحاسبية وأنشطة الرقابة لضمان اكتمال ودقة المعلومات المالية.
- دعم مراقبة الميزانية من خلال مقارنة التكاليف الفعلية بالميزانيات وتقديم التحليلات ذات الصلة.
- تقديم تحليل مالي أساسي لدعم التقارير المالية الدقيقة وقرارات العمل.
- التنسيق مع البنوك لتلبية المتطلبات المصرفية، بما في ذلك إدارة بطاقات الائتمان المؤسسية للموظفين.
- تقديم إرشادات للجهات الداخلية بشأن متطلبات الامتثال لـ VAT ومعايير الفواتير الضريبية.
- دعم المشاريع المحاسبية وأنشطة التدقيق لضمان إنجازها في الوقت المحدد وبجودة عالية.
- اتباع السياسات والإجراءات المحاسبية وعمليات الرقابة الداخلية للحفاظ على الامتثال والتميز التشغيلي.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال المحاسبة.
- معرفة قوية بمبادئ المحاسبة وإعداد التقارير المالية وأنشطة دفتر الأستاذ العام.
- خبرة عملية في VAT وضريبة الاستقطاع (WHT) واللوائح الضريبية السعودية.
- فهم جيد لإدارة التدفق النقدي والتحليل المالي.
- خبرة في التسويات المحاسبية وقيود اليومية وإعداد التقارير المالية.
- الإلمام بنظام SAP أو أنظمة ERP المماثلة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إتقان قوي لبرنامج Microsoft Excel وتحليل البيانات المالية.
- مهارات تحليلية قوية، ومهارات تواصل، ومهارات حل المشكلات.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل، وإدارة أولويات متعددة، والوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية.
- يفضل خبرة في دعم عمليات التدقيق المالي أو الضريبي الداخلي والخارجي.
- يفضل معرفة بمتطلبات الفوترة الإلكترونية في السعودية والامتثال لمنصة ZATCA.
- يفضل خبرة العمل في مؤسسة متعددة الجنسيات أو بيئة مالية منظمة.
- القدرة على التعاون بفعالية مع الفرق الداخلية والمستشارين الخارجيين.

Role Responsibilities
- Prepare daily payment and collection reports to support cash flow monitoring and financial decision-making.
- Analyze monthly actual payments and collections against forecasted cash flow and provide insights on variances.
- Prepare accounts payable (AP) aging reports and cash flow reports.
- Review monthly VAT returns and coordinate submission activities with external tax advisors.
- Review and validate monthly Withholding Tax (WHT) calculations and ensure timely filing compliance.
- Monitor e-invoicing compliance and ensure successful invoice submission through the ZATCA platform.
- Investigate and resolve e-invoicing errors and tax-related issues in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Support internal and external tax audits by preparing accurate financial data, reports, and supporting documentation.
- Perform accounting activities in accordance with applicable accounting principles, standards, and company policies.
- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements to ensure accuracy of accounting records.
- Maintain and review general ledger accounts, balance sheet accounts, cost and revenue reports, and bank reconciliations.
- Monitor accounting entries and control activities to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial information.
- Support budget monitoring by comparing actual costs against budgets and providing relevant analysis.
- Provide basic financial analysis to support accurate financial reporting and business decisions.
- Coordinate bank-related requirements, including employee corporate credit card administration.
- Provide guidance to internal stakeholders regarding VAT compliance requirements and tax invoice standards.
- Support accounting projects and audit activities to ensure timely completion and quality outcomes.
- Follow accounting policies, procedures, and internal control processes to maintain compliance and operational excellence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and general ledger activities.
- Practical experience with VAT, WHT, and Saudi tax regulations.
- Good understanding of cash flow management and financial analysis.
- Experience with accounting reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial data analysis.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Experience supporting internal and external financial or tax audits.
- Knowledge of Saudi Arabia e-invoicing requirements and ZATCA compliance.
- Experience working in a multinational organization or structured finance environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external advisors.
