المهام والمسؤوليات
- اتباع الإجراءات والعمليات المعيارية المحددة وفهم التعليمات الشفهية والكتابية بدقة.

- فحص وحدات التكييف والتهوية لضمان التشغيل الفعال والموثوق.
- تشخيص الأعطال الميكانيكية والكهربائية والتوصية بالإجراءات التصحيحية المناسبة.
- تقدير ساعات العمل المطلوبة والمواد والأدوات والمعدات للمهام المسندة.
- إعداد تقارير الفحص الفني تتضمن ظروف الموقع ونطاق العمل والنتائج والتوصيات.
- تنفيذ الصيانة الوقائية والدورية والحفاظ على سجلات الصيانة الدقيقة.
- إصلاح أو استبدال أو ضبط أو صيانة المكونات التالفة أو المعطلة في أنظمة HVAC.
- ضبط وصيانة أنظمة التحكم الكهربائية والإلكترونية الداخلية.
- تنظيف الملفات والمراوح وفحص المحركات والسيور وشدة الشد والمكونات المرتبطة.
- استخدام أجهزة الكمبيوتر والأجهزة المحمولة والتطبيقات ذات الصلة لإعداد تقارير الخدمة والأنشطة.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- سعودي الجنسية.
- دبلوم أو مؤهل معادل في تكييف الهواء والتبريد أو HVAC أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة من 2 إلى 4 سنوات في مجال HVAC أو في الميدان ذي الصلة.
- رخصة قيادة سعودية سارية المفعول (ميزة إضافية).
- مهارات جيدة في التواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين.
- التوجه نحو خدمة العملاء والقدرة على العمل بفعالية ضمن فريق.
- مهارات أساسية في استخدام الحاسوب والتطبيقات المحمولة.
المهارات المطلوبة

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have hands-on HVAC experience, strong technical and troubleshooting skills, good communication abilities, and a commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow established standard processes and procedures and accurately understand and follow oral and written instructions.
- Attend and complete assigned service and maintenance tasks within the required timeframe while maintaining high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain daily timesheets, job cards, service records, and other required documentation.
- Communicate with customers regarding the nature and progress of work upon arrival and before leaving the site.
- Inform customers of outstanding issues, technical findings, and recommended improvements or corrective actions.
- Complete Job Completion Certificates, Job Cards, EH&S site surveys, and other required reports.
- Inspect HVAC and air-conditioning units to ensure efficient and reliable operation.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
- Estimate required labor hours, materials, tools, and equipment for assigned jobs.
- Prepare inspection and technical reports covering site conditions, scope of work, findings, and recommendations.
- Perform preventive and scheduled maintenance and maintain accurate maintenance records.
- Repair, replace, adjust, and maintain damaged or defective HVAC components.
- Adjust and maintain internal electrical and electronic control systems.
- Clean coils and blowers and inspect motors, belts, belt tension, and related components.
- Use computers, mobile devices, and relevant applications for service reporting and work-related activities.
- Work independently when required and demonstrate sound judgment in the absence of direct supervision.
- Work closely with colleagues as part of an integrated technical team.
- Identify safety hazards associated with HVAC operations and implement appropriate controls to ensure safe working conditions.
- Identify situations requiring escalation and promptly seek guidance or additional support from the Supervisor or Manager.
- Safely rig and properly set up gantries and lifting arrangements for HVAC equipment, pumps, chillers, and other heavy equipment.
- Manage and organize machinery and tools, including pickup, delivery, usage, and inventory as applicable.
- Recognize and identify potential risks and hazards associated with all work-related activities.
- Attend and actively participate in EH&S and technical training sessions and meetings.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required by management.

- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration, HVAC, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant HVAC industry/field experience.
- Valid Saudi driving license is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic computer and mobile application skills.
Candidates should have knowledge of:
- Principles and practices of HVAC equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair in accordance with industry practices and manufacturer guidelines.
- EH&S practices and procedures applicable to the installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC equipment.
- MSDS/SDS requirements and safe handling practices.
- Proper utilization, care, and management of tools and equipment.
- Preparation and completion of inspection and technical reports.
- Quality management practices in accordance with company standards and applicable quality requirements.
- Basic metal sheet work, electrical systems, carpentry, and Building Automation Controls.
- Identification and management of risks and hazards associated with HVAC operations.
- Safe lifting and rigging practices for HVAC equipment and related machinery.
