Role Description This is a full-time, on-site ODOO Support Engineer role based in Riyadh / Jeddah. The ODOO Support Engineer will provide technical support for ODOO implementations, diagnose and resolve system issues, and assist users with functional and technical questions. Responsibilities include monitoring support tickets, prioritizing and handling incidents, documenting solutions, and escalating complex issues when needed. The role involves collaborating with implementation and development teams, testing bug fixes and new features, and supporting system updates and integrations. The ODOO Support Engineer will also contribute to user training, improve support processes, and help maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills for ODOO and related systems.
• Experience in customer support and customer service, with a focus on clear communication and issue ownership.
• Knowledge of operating systems (e.g., Linux, Windows) and basic networking concepts.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably ODOO, and understanding of common business processes (finance, inventory, sales).
• Ability to analyze logs, replicate issues, and propose practical workarounds or solutions.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple support requests.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with Python, PostgreSQL, or ODOO configuration and module management is a plus.
