About the Role

• We are seeking a proactive and creative Internal Communications Specialist to support the development and execution of internal communication initiatives that enhance employee engagement, strengthen organizational culture, and ensure effective communication across the company. The role will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing communication channels, and supporting cross-functional communication activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and implementation of internal communication plans and campaigns aligned with company objectives.

• Create, edit, and distribute internal communications including announcements, newsletters, presentations, articles, and employee updates.

• Manage internal communication channels and ensure information is communicated effectively and timely to employees.

• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, awareness campaigns, and internal events.

• Collaborate with departments to gather, develop, and publish organizational news and success stories.

• Monitor communication effectiveness and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Assist in maintaining communication calendars and ensuring consistency of messaging across the organization.

• Prepare regular reports on communication activities and employee engagement initiatives.

• Support knowledge-sharing and cross-departmental collaboration through effective communication practices.

• Ensure all communications comply with company policies, procedures, and brand guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, Human Resources, or a related field.

• 2-4 years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, corporate communications, marketing, or a related field.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Strong content writing, editing, and presentation development skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and communication tools.

• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.

• Ability to build positive relationships and work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
